संख्या 7/1/2022-3 टी०सी०पी०.- हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1977 की धारा 51(2) तथा इस निमित्त उन्हें समर्थ बनाने वाले उपबन्धों द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह निर्णय किया गया है कि एच०एस०वी०पी० अधिनियम की धारा 17(8) तथा 17(9) के अधीन प्रधान सचिव (नगर तथा ग्राम आयोजना) को प्रदत्त शक्तियां सरकार द्वारा पत्र क्रमांक सी०सी०एफ०हुड्डा-ए०ओ०-I-एकाऊंट-1-2018/25660, दिनांक 08-02-2018 तथा सी०सी०एफ०-एच०एस०वी०पी०- ए०ओ०-I-2018/35660, दिनांक 22-02-2018 द्वारा किए गए निर्णय के अनुसार जिसके द्वारा क्रमषः दो तथा बारह औद्योगिक सम्पादएं एच०एस०आई०आई०डी०सी० को एच०एस०वी०पी० से अन्तरित करने के आदेष किए गए थे तथा किसी अन्य आदेष, जो इस सम्बन्ध में समय-समय पर जारी किए जाएं, द्वारा एच०एस०आई०आई०डी०सी० को अन्तरित औद्योगिक सम्पदा/प्लाटों के सम्बन्ध में प्रधान सचिव (उद्योग) में निहित होगी।

No. 7/1/2022-2TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 51 (2) of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Act, 1977 and all other enabling provisions in this behalf, it has been decided that the powers conferred u/s 17(8) & 17(9) of HSVP Act, on the Principal Secretary, (Town & Country Planning) shall vest in the Principal Secretary (Industries) in respect of the Industrial Estate/plots transferred to the HSIIDC as per the decision taken by the Government vide letter No. CCF-HUDA-AO-1-Acctt-1-2018/25660 dated 08-02-2018 & CCF HSVP-AO-1- 2018/35660 dated 22-02-2018 whereby two and twelve number of Industries Estates respectively were ordered to be transferred from HSVP to HSIIDC and by any other order which may be issued from time to time in this regard.
