Notification
The 14th July, 2022
No. BCPH/Election/2437 to 2450/2022.— It is hereby notified for general information that SH. SUVIR SIDHU, ADVOCATE and SH. ASHOK SINGLA, ADVOCATE have been elected as Chairman and Vice-Chairman respectively of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana as provided in section 3 (3) read with section 15 (2) (c) of the Advocates Act, 1961 and rules made there under, in its Election meeting held on for two days i.e. 13.07.2022 & 14.07.2022, presided over by the Advocate-General Haryana under Rule 37 & 38 of the Rules made by the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana.
It is further notified that MR. GURTEJ SINGH GREWAL, ADVOCATE, is appointed as Hony. Secretary of the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana, in its meeting held on 14.7.2022.
