पशुओं में संक्रामक और संक्रामक रोगों की रोकथाम और नियंत्रण अधिनियम, 2009
संख्या 4597/(सी०एफ०एम०एस०)-एएच-4-2022-5662.- पषु संक्रामाक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोग निवारण एवं रोकथाम अधिनियम 2009 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) और (2) के द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा जिला रोहतक को सूकर प्रजाति के पषुओं में स्वाइन फ्लू रोग से बचाव, नियंत्रण के लिए रोहतक जिले को ''नियंत्रित क्षेत्र'' घोषित किया जाता है ताकि जिले के भीतर या बाहर सूकर की आवाजाही पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जा सके। इसके अतिरिक्त पिछले 30 दिनों के लिए संक्रमित क्षेत्र की घोषणा पर सूकर की सभी गतिविधियों का पता लगाया जाना चाहियें ताकि संबंधित क्षेत्र की पहचान की जा सके। उपरोक्त वर्णित क्षेत्र से किसी भी स्वाइन प्रजाति को दूसरे स्थान पर स्थानांतरित नहीं किया जायेगा।

THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASES IN ANIMALS ACT, 2009
No. 4597(CFMS)-AH-4-2022/5662.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 6 read with Sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 7 of "The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (27 of 2009)", the Government of Haryana, hereby declares the District Rohtak as "controlled area" for restriction of movement of swine species within or outside the district and bordering States to prevent, control and contain the African Swine Fever (ASF). All Pig movement upon declaration of infected premises for the last 30 days should be traced back in order to identify the contaminated premises.
No swine species shall be move from the above described area to other places.
