संख्या सा०का०नि० 138/संवि०/अनु० 309/2022.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग (ग्रुप घ) सेवा नियम, 1995, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग (ग्रुप घ) सेवा (संशोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा लोक सेवा आयोग (ग्रुप घ) सेवा नियम, 1995 में, नियम 5 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

No. G.S.R. 138/Const./Art. 309/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Public Service Commission (Group D) Service Rules, 1995, namely :-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Public Service Commission (Group D) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. In the Haryana Public Service Commission (Group D) Service Rules, 1995 for rule 5, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
