Notification
The 23rd August, 2022
No. CCP(NCR)/KTL/DHAND/CA/2022/1359.— Whereas, in the opinion of the Government, the area specified in the Schedule given below and shown in the plan appended hereto, has the potential for building activities, institutional, commercial, industrial, recreational estates/ activities and uses subservient to the above.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (4) of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the Governor of Haryana, hereby declares the said area as specified in the schedule given below and shown in the plan appended hereto, to be a controlled area for the purpose of the said Act, namely:-

Schedule of boundaries of the Controlled Area around Abadi Deh of Village Dhand District Kaithal to be read with Drawing No. DTP(KTL)245/2021 dated 7th September, 2021.
North: Starting from point 'A' i.e. the junction of district boundary of District Kurukshetra, District Kaithal and revenue boundary of Village Jadoula (Hadbast No. 6), towards East along the common district boundary of District Kurukshetra and Kaithal upto the point 'B', where said common district boundary intersects the Kaithal-Kurukshetra railway line.
East: Thence moving from point 'B' towards south along the common district boundary of District Kurukshetra and Kaithal upto the tri-junctions of the District boundaries of Kurukshetra, Kaithal and Karnal. Thence, towards South along the common district boundary of District Karnal and Kaithal upto the point 'C' i.e. the tri-junction of revenue boundary of Village Kaul (Hadbast No. 16/1), Village Sakra (Hadbast No. 18) and the district boundary of Karnal.
South: Thence moving from point 'C' towards West along the southern revenue boundaries of Village Kaul (Hadbast No. 16/1) and Village Pharal (Hadbast No. 12) upto point 'D' i.e. the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of Village Pharal (Hadbast No. 12), Village Rawanhera (Hadbast No. 10) and Village Khanoda (Hadbast No. 11).
West: Thence moving from Point 'D' towards north along the western revenue boundaries of Village Pharal (Hadbast No. 12), Village Solumajra (Hadbast No. 8) and Village Jadoula (Hadbast No. 6) upto point 'A' i.e. the point of Start.
