हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण

संख्या प्राधिकरण-2022/2.- हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्या 13) की धारा 54 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए प्राधिकरण राज्य सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (भूमि तथा भवनों का निपटान) विनियम, 1978 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थातः- 1. ये विनियम हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (भूमि तथा भवनों का निपटान) संषोधन विनियम, 2022 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (भूमि तथा भवनों का निपटान) विनियम, 1978 (जिसे, इसमें, इसके बाद उक्त विनियम कहा गया है) में, "संक्षिप्त नाम तथा प्रारम्भ" में, "षहरी विकास प्राधिकरण" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "षहरी विकास प्राधिकरण" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे। 3. उक्त विनियमों में,-

(i) "षहरी विकास प्राधिकरण" शब्द जहां कहीं भी आएं के स्थान पर "षहरी विकास प्राधिकरण" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे; तथा

The 7th September, 2022

No. PRADHIKARAN-2022/2.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 54 of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Act, 1977 (13 of 1977), the Pradhikaran with the previous approval of the State Government makes the following regulations further to amend the Haryana Urban Development (Disposal of Land and Buildings) Regulations, 1978, namely:-

1. These regulations may be called the Haryana Urban Development (Disposal of Land and Buildings) Amendment Regulations, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Urban Development (Disposal of Land and Buildings) Regulations, 1978 (hereinafter called the said regulations), in the 'Short title and commencement', for the words "Urban Development Authority", the words "Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran" shall be substituted.

3. In the said Regulations, -

(i) for the words "Urban Development Authority" wherever occurring, the words "Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran" shall be substituted; and

(ii) for the word "Authority" wherever occurring, the word "Pradhikaran' shall be substituted.
