हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण

संख्या प्राधिकरण-2022/5.- हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्या 13) की धारा 54 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए प्राधिकरण राज्य सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (ग्रुप घ) के इंजीनियरिंग विंग के सिविल, इलैक्ट्रीकल तथा बागवानी विंग में हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (नियमित वर्क चार्जड क्षेत्रीय स्टाफ) सेवा विनियम, 2009 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थातः- 1. ये विनियम हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (ग्रुप घ) के इंजीनियरिंग विंग के सिविल, इलैक्ट्रीकल तथा बागवानी विंग में हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (नियमित वर्क चार्जड क्षेत्रीय स्टाफ) सेवा संषोधन विनियम, 2022 कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (ग्रुप घ) के इंजीनियरिंग विंग के सिविल, इलैक्ट्रीकल तथा बागवानी विंग में हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (नियमित वर्क चार्जड क्षेत्रीय स्टाफ) सेवा विनियम, 2009 (जिसे, इसमें, इसके बाद उक्त विनियम कहा गया है) में, "संक्षिप्त नाम, प्रारम्भ तथा लागूकरण" में, "षहरी विकास प्राधिकरण" शब्दों के स्थान पर, "षहरी विकास प्राधिकरण" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे। 3. उक्त विनियमों में,-

(i) "षहरी विकास प्राधिकरण" शब्द जहां कहीं भी आएं के स्थान पर "षहरी विकास प्राधिकरण" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे; तथा

(ii) "प्राधिकरण" शब्द जहां कहीं भी आए के स्थान पर, "प्राधिकरण" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।

No. PRADHIKARAN-2022/5.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 54 of the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran Act, 1977 (13 of 1977), the Pradhikaran with the previous approval of the State Government makes the following regulations further to amend the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Regular Work Charged Field Staff) in Civil, Electrical and Horticulture Wings of the Engineering Wing of Haryana Urban Development Authority (Group D) Service Regulations, 2009 namely:

1. These regulations may be called the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Regular Work Charged Field Staff) in Civil, Electrical and Horticulture Wings of the Engineering Wing of Haryana Urban Development Authority (Group D) Service Amendment Regulations, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Regular Work Charged Field Staff) in Civil, Electrical and Horticulture Wings of the Engineering Wing of Haryana Urban Development Authority (Group D) Service Regulations, 2009 (hereinafter called the said regulations), in the 'Short title, commencement and applicability', for the words "Urban Development Authority", the words "Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran" shall be substituted.

3. In the said Regulations, -

(i) for the words "Urban Development Authority" wherever occurring, the words "Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran" shall be substituted; and

(ii) for the word "Authority" wherever occurring, the word "Pradhikaran' shall be substituted.
