No. 9/43/2022-3CII.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule-10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification No. 9/43/2022-3CII, dated 18th August, 2022 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Council, Sirsa, District – Sirsa as under:-

Schedule of Boundaries

Ward No. 01:- Starting from Nejodela road on the Northern boundary of the city council and moving East on the border till the house Shri Ashok Son of Shri Karamchand and then moving South from this house to the house of Barbers' Dhani. After walking towards the West of this house till the house of Shri Sohan son of Shri Ram Kumar, till the vacant plot to the Northern point of Joginder Kaur's house, then going South from the point of vacant plot and going towards the house of Gaurav son of Ram Lochab Paswan. After that walking towards the West of this house till the house of Shri Gurcharan's son of Shri Kaku. D. college, then upto Barnala Road, then from Barnala Road in the West – South direction towards the city via DHBVN Sub Station and then to the East point of Panchayat Bhawan near HUDA chowk walking in the West direction from the corner of the building till the house of Mahavir son of Shri Maniram near the wall of Antyodam center. Thereafter walking in the North direction, passing through the house of Mrs. Bhagwati wife of Mr. Mathur till the house of Mr. Kuldeep son of Shri Mr. Leela Krishna, then walking in the East direction till the house of Expert Tuition Ramesh and then walking in the North direction till the Shop of Rajendra son of shri Gugan Chand. Then walking in the west direction till the house of Arjun son of shri Krishna, then moving in the North direction till the house of Shri Radheshyam son of shri Sohan Lal ji and then moving in the East direction till the house of Krishna son of Shri Surjit. Ward No. 04 :- Starting from Barnala Road on the Northern Boundary of the City Council Sirsa, walking East on the city council border till the Eastern Southern point of the city council boundary and then crossing the national highway in the South direction along the city council border. After walking towards Vaidwala main road of sector 20, then walking in West direction on Vaidwala main road of Sector 20 till Krishna's son of shri Raghuveer ji's house in Sector 20 and then walking in North direction from this house to sector's main road no 1 (60 feet road) on Rajendra son of Shri Ram Kumar. After that upto plot no 537 main road no. 1 (60 feet road) of sector moving from house no 537 in West direction to HUDA road behind police line Sirsa then moving North on HUDA road along Sector 20 till the Gate of Mahila Thana and then moving in West direction along the wall of Sadar Police Station Sirsa to HUDA chowk, After that upto Barnala Road, from this point in North – East direction via Barnala Road crossing ERA colony and National Highway towards Barnala, the point of Northern boundary of Municipal council Sirsa which is situated on Barnala Road which is the starting point.

Ward No. 05 :- Police Line, Sirsa from HUDA Road on main road no 1 (60 feet road) of sector 20, moving in the East direction, in front of Sector 20 Park till Rajendra son of Ram Kumar plot no 537. Thereafter walking from this point in the South direction from the front of the park, passing through the front of Gurdwara Sahib till Vaidwala main road of the sector, then moving in the East direction from the main road of the sector to the Eastern boundary of the Municipal Council and then in the South direction of the Municipal Council. Moving along the boundary to the back of the industrial area of HSIDC, then crossing the National Highway in the East along the city Council boundary to the Eastern most point of the City Council boundary and then from the Eastern point of the city council boundary to the city council boundary. Along moving in the South direction till the over bridge of the National Highway from where the Hisar – Dabawali Road starts. After that walking West on Hisar – Dabawali Road crossing Delhi pool and Maharaja Partap Chowk till Kairpur Police Chowki Gali. Thereafter walking in the North direction to the house of Leela Rani, walking in the lane of Kharpur Police Post, then walking in the East direction through the house of Shri Joginder son of Shri Satnam till the house of Balwinder Singh son of Rajwant Singh.
