संख्या 16/61/2016-2कII.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 38, 39, 41 तथा 257 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (ड) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 11/61/2016-2कII दिनांक 20 जुलाई, 2022, के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा नगरपालिका सेवा (एकीकरण, भर्ती और सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 2010, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः- 1. ये नियम हरियाणा नगरपालिका सेवा (एकीकरण, भर्ती और सेवा शर्तें) (द्वितीय संषोधन) नियम, 2022 कहे जा सकते हैं।

2. ये नियम इनके राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से लागू होंगे।

3. हरियाणा नगरपालिका सेवा (एकीकरण, भर्ती और सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 2010 में, परिषिष्ट ख में, "जिला स्तर के पद" शीर्ष के नीचे, क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने, खाना 3 तथा 4 के नीचे, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ः-

"(i)	किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय/संस्थान से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में डिग्री ;	पदोन्नति द्वारा-
		(i) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विष्वविद्यालय/संस्थान से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में स्नातक डिग्री या इसके समकक्ष ; (ii) कनिष्ठ अभियन्ता (सिविल) के रूप में सात वर्ष का अनुभव। अथवा (i) राज्य सरकार से मान्यताप्राप्त संस्थान से सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा ; (ii) कनिष्ठ अभियन्ता (सिविल) के रूप में बारह वर्ष का अनुभव।"।
(ii)	मैट्रिक या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिंदी/संस्कृत।

No. 11/61/2016-2CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 38, 39, 41 and clause (m) of Sub-section (1) of Section 257 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Haryana Act 24 of 1973) and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 11/61/2016-2CII dated the 20th July, 2022, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Municipal Services (Integration, Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2010, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Municipal Services (Integration, Recruitment and Conditions of Service) (Second Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

3. In the Haryana Municipal Services (Integration, Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2010, in Appendix B, under the heading "State Level", against serial number 5, under columns 3 and 4, for existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"(i)	Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent from any recognized university/institution:	By promotion:
		(i) Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University or its equivalent: (ii) Seven years experience as Junior Engineer (Civil). OR (i) Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institution recongnized by the State Government; (ii) Twelve years experience as Junior Engineer (Civil).".
(ii)	Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects in Matric or Higher Education.
