संख्या 9/39/2022-4कII.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 31 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 9/39/2022-4 क ाा दिनांक 22 जुलाई, 2022 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा नगरपालिका कार्य संचालन उप-विधियां, 1981 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित उप-विधियां बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये उप-विधियां हरियाणा नगरपालिका कार्य संचालन (संशोधन) उप-विधियां, 2022, कही जा सकती हैं। 2. हरियाणा नगरपालिका कार्य संचालन उप-विधियां, 1981 में, उपविधि 3 के बाद, निम्नलिखित उपविधि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-
"3क. कार्य संचालन की व्यवस्था तथा कार्य संचालन की सूची.- (1) समिति की किसी सभा में संव्यवहारित की जाने वाली अनुपूरक सूची सहित कार्य संचालन की प्रत्येक सूची, अध्यक्ष के निर्देषाधीन कार्यकारी अधिकारी या सचिव, जैसी भी स्थिति हो, द्वारा तैयार की जाएगी। साधारण बैठक के कार्य संचालन की सूची भी निम्नलिखित क्रम में व्यवस्थित की जाएगी, अर्थात् :-
(क) पिछली बैठक के कार्यवृत्तों की पुष्टि;
(ख) समिति द्वारा कोई निर्वाचन;
(ग) प्रष्न;
(घ) याचिकाएं;
(ड) किसी उप समिति का संकल्प;
(च) सरकार से पत्र;
(छ) समिति के सदस्यों तथा अधिकारियों से पत्र;
(ज) जनसाधारण से पत्र; तथा (झ) गठित की गई समितियों की रिपोर्ट :
परन्तु समिति की सभा में विचारण हेतु ऐसी सूची के वित्तरण की कार्यवाही से पूर्व, बैठक के कार्य संचालन की सूची की जाँच विधिक के साथ-साथ वित्तीय दृष्टिकोण से कार्यकारी अधिकारी या सचिव, जैसी भी स्थिति हों, द्वारा करवाई जाएगी।''। HARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), SEPT. 19, 2022 (BHDR. 28, 1944 SAKA) 3317

No. 9/39/2022-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 31 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Notification No. 9/39/2022-4CII dated the 22nd July, 2022, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following bye-laws further to amend the Haryana Municipal Business Bye-laws, 1981, namely :-
1. These bye-laws may be called the Haryana Municipal Business (Amendment) Bye-laws, 2022.
2. In the Haryana Municipal Business Bye-laws, 1981, after bye-law 3, the following bye-law shall be inserted, namely :-
"3A. Arrangement of business and list of business.- Every list of business including a supplementary list to be transacted at a meeting of the committee shall be prepared by the Executive Officer or Secretary, as the case may be, under the direction of the President. The list of business of the ordinary meeting shall also be arranged in the following order, namely :-
(a) confirmation of the minutes of the last meeting;
(b) any election by the committee;
(c) questions;
(d) petitions;
(e) resolution of any sub-committee;
(f) letters from the Government;
(g) letters from the members and officers of the committee;
(h) letters from the public; and
(i) reports of the constituted committees:
Provided that the list of business of meeting shall be got examined from legal as well as financial point of view by the Executive Officer or Secretary, as the case may be, before proceeding with the circulation of such list for consideration in the meeting of committee.".
