I, Jitender Singh S/o Mehar Singh R/o House No. 230, Ward No. 11, Kalayat, District Kaithal (Haryana) declare that in all records my minor son's name is written as Keshav. In future he will be known by the name of Keshav Bidhan. All Concerned please note.
