Declaration
The 19th October, 2022
No. 10342 /1-L(CHD).— Whereas it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land specified below is needed urgently to the Government at the public expenses for the public purpose, namely for left out area for existing Padana Drain at RD 17950 and 28500 out falling into Sunder Sub Branch at RD 70000-R in village Padana Tehsil & Distt. Jind for which notification under section-11(i) has been issued and published vide Haryana Government Irrigation Department notification no.7988/1-L(C.H.D), Dated 06/10/2020.
It is hereby notified that the land in the area described below is required for the above purpose.
This Declaration is made under the provisions of section-19 of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 for information to whom it may concern in exercise of the power confirmed by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the District Revenue officer –cum-Land Acquition Collector Jind to take order for acquisition of the said land.
Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of District Revenue Officer Cum Land Acqusition Collector Jind and Executive Engineer, Safidon W/S Division Safidon during working day.
