संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए०आर०.- हरियाणा सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2014 (2014 का 4) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, आयोग की सिफारिषों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, प्रषासकीय सुधार विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए.आर., दिनांक 9 मई, 2022, में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संषोधन हरियाणा सरकार, प्रषासकीय सुधार विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 7/31/2014-3ए.आर., दिनांक 9 मई, 2022 में अनुसूची,-
(i) क्रम संख्या 3, 4 तथा 5 के सामने, खाना 7 के नीचे, विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी; अर्थात् :-

''सम्बन्धित ज़िले का मण्डल आयुक्त''।
(ii) क्रम संख्या 6 तथा उसके सामने, विद्यमान प्रविष्टयों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा।

Notification

No. 7/31/2014-3AR.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 3 of the Haryana Right to Service Act, 2014 (4 of 2014), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendation of the Commission, hereby makes the following amendments in Haryana Government, Administrative Reforms Department, Notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated 9th May, 2022, namely:-
Amendment
In the Haryana Government, Administrative Reforms Department, Notification No. 7/31/2014-3AR, dated the 9th May, 2022, in the Schedule;
(i) against serial numbers 3, 4 and 5, under column 7 for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"Divisional Commissioner
of the District concerned"
(ii) serial number 6 and existing entries thereagainst shall be omitted
