संख्या 8/33/2022-3क2.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 8/33/2022-3क2 दिनांक 06.09.2022 के सन्दर्भ में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगरपरिषद, थानेसर, जिला कुरूक्षेत्र के वार्ड संख्या 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 22 व 31 की सीमाओ को घोषित करते है, जो निम्न अनुसार पढ़ी जायें :-
वार्ड नं0 01 :- नगरपरिषद, थानेसर के उत्तरी पष्चिमी सीमा के साथ लगते 33 के0वी0 सब स्टेषन, झांसा रोड से आरम्भ होकर दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए भद्रकाली चौक तक उक्त चौक से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए धनजय सैनटरी के र्कोनर तक, उक्त र्कोनर से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सुभाष के मकान के सामने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए पप्पी के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिणी दिषा की ओर चलते हुए डा0 शान्ति के मकान के आगे से होते हुए छोटे बाजार की मेन गली की संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर चलते हुए, गउषाला बाजार को पार करते हुए उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए मस्जिद के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिमी दिषा की ओर चलते हुए म्युजियम के कोने तक, कोने से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए शेक चिल्ली के मकबरे के सामने नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से उत्तर-पूर्व दिषा में सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए 33 के0वी0 सब स्टेषन के काने तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं0 02 :- नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा व 33 के0वी0 सब-स्टेषन झांसा रोड के कोने से आरम्भ होकर नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा के साथ-साथ उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए सरस्वती नदी के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण पूर्व में नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए फरीदकोट गुरूद्वारा वाली गली के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से शाम कालोनी की गली की दक्षिणी दिषा की ओर गरूद्वारा के आगे चलते हुए झांसा रोड पर स्थित माया राम के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से झांसा रोड पर चलते हुए रविदास चौक तक, उक्त चौक से झांसा रोड दक्षिण में चलते हुए कृष्ण कार्ड दुकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए किरयाणा स्टोर तक, उक्त स्टोर से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सुरेन्द्र के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए भुषण के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बजाज चक्की के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बबलू की दुकान तक, उक्त दुकान से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए झांसा रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से झांसा रोड पर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए भ्रदकाली चौक तक, उक्त चौंक से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा व 33 के0वी0 सब-स्टेषन के कोने तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 04 :- झांसा रोड पर धनंजय सनेटरी के कोने से आरम्भ होकर झांसा रोड पर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सुभाष के मकान, अमन पैलेस के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बबलु की दुकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बजाज चक्की के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए भुषण के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त दिषा से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सुरेन्द्र के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए करियाणा स्टोर के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए कृष्ण कार्ड झांसा रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से झांसा रोड पर चलते हुए रविदास चौंक तक, उक्त चौंक से गांधी नगर रोड से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सरकारी शौचालय के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रेलवे लाईन के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से रेलवे लाईन के साथ-साथ चलते हुए झांसा रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर रोटरी चौक को पार करते हुए छोटे बाजार में मेन शान्ति स्वरूप की मेन गली के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए डा0 शान्ति के आगे से होते हुए पप्पी के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए सुभाष के मकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए धनंजय सनेटरी झांसा रोड के संगम तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है। वार्ड नं0 05 :- झांसा रोड पर रेलवे लाईन के संगम से आरम्भ होकर लाईन के साथ-साथ मेन रेलवे स्टेषन की ओर चलते हुए रैड रोड, फलाई ओवर के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से रैड रोड पर फलाई ओवर के नीचे से चलते हुए श्रधानंद चौक पार करते हुए एल0जी0 शौरूम के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रेलेवे रोड पर ज्ञान टायर के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से सुरसैन चौक पार करते हुए गुरूद्वारा चौक के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से उत्तर पूर्व की ओर अम्बेडकर चौक पार करते हुए विष्वकर्मा चौक तक, उक्त चौक से झांसा रोड पर चलते हुए रेलवे लाईन के संगम तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।
वार्ड नं0 06 :- बिषनगढ रोड व नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा से आरम्भ होकर, सीमा के साथ-साथ पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए दिल्ली अम्बाला रेलवे लाईन को पार करते हुए वषिष्ठ कालोनी के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए जगदीष कालडा पार्क के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए कैथल रेलवे लाईन के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से लाईन के साथ-साथ कैथल की ओर चलते हुए खाली एरिया को पार करते हुए सरकारी टायलेट के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से गांधी नगर रोड पर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए बिषनगढ रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से बिषनगढ रोड पर उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए थानेसर की सीमा के संगम तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है। वार्ड नं0 07 :- नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा व वषिष्ठ कालोनी के कोने से आरम्भ होकर उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की बढी हुई सीमा तक, उक्त सीमा से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए कामरेड कालोनी के साथ-साथ चलते हुए सिरसला रोड नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की पुरानी सीमा तक, उक्त सीमा से शमषान घाट के आगे से सिरसला रोड पर दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए पिपली रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर चलते हुए शहीद कालडा पार्क के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा व वषिष्ट कालोनी के कोने तक, जोकि आरम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 22 :- हर्ष सिनेमा के सामने एल.जी. शोरूम के साथ से शुरू होकर रैड रोड़़ पर पूर्व दिशा की ओर चलते हुऐ कालरा के मकान तक, उसके बाद उत्तर दिशा की ओर स्कूल की बाउंण्डरी के साथ-साथ चलते हुऐ सम्बरवाल गली तक, उसके बाद उत्तर की ओर रेलवे रोड़ पर, उसके बाद पश्चिम की ओर चलते हुऐ देवी अहिलया बाई चौक, उसके बाद अमीन रोड़ पर दक्षिण दिशा की ओर चलते हुए तलवाड़ के शोरूम तक, उसके बाद पश्चिम दिशा में 40 फुटा रोड़ पर चलते हुए विष्णु गली को पार करके प्रवेश के मकान तक, उसके बाद पवन मिगलानी के मकान के आगे से होते हुए विजय शर्मा के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए उमेष बंसल के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पार्क के साथ-साथ उत्तर पष्चिम दिषा में चलते हुए शीषपाल के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रेलवे रोड पर स्थित सैमसंग शौरूम के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से रेलवे रोड पर पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए ज्ञान टायर दुकान के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से उत्तर दिषा में चलते हुए मैहता प्रोपर्टी डीलर के आगे से होते हुए हर्ष सिनेमा के सामने एल0जी0 शौरूम के कोने तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।
वार्ड नं0 31 :- नगरपरिषद, थानेसर की सीमा के साथ स्थानेश्वर महादेव मन्दिर से प्रारम्भ होकर दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए श्री पंचायती अखाडा के दक्षिण-पष्चिम कोने तक, उक्त कोने से मस्जिद के पूर्वी कोने तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिशा में गऊशाला बाजार वाली गली में भारद्वाज स्टेशनरी स्टोर तक, उक्त के बाद पूर्व दिशा में एकता किरयाणा स्टोर के साथ गौतम के मकान तक, उक्त के बाद मोन्टी शर्मा मिष्ठान भण्डार से पूर्व की ओर छोटे बाजार की ओर जाते हुए रोटरी चौक को पार करते हुए विश्वकर्मा चौक तक, उक्त चौक से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए अम्बेडकर चौंक तक, उक्त चौक से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर चलते हुए मोती चौंक को पार करते हुए मैन बाजार की ओर चलते हुए शिव किरयाणा स्टोर तक, उक्त कोने से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुए रोहिल्ला इलैक्टिकल के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुए गउषाला रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए देसराज के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पष्चिम दिषा की ओरHARYANA GOVT. No. 8/33/2022-3CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule-11 of Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1978 and in pursuance of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 8/33/2022-3CII dated 06.09.2022, the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the boundaries of Ward No. 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 22 & 31 of the Municipal Council, Thanesar, District – Kurukshetra, to be read as under :-
Ward No. 01 :- Starting from 33KV Sub Station Jhansa Road situated on Northern Western limit of MC Thanesar and going in south direction up to the Bhadarkali Chowk, then moving in east direction up to the corner of Dhananjay Sanitary Store, then moving in south direction up to the House of Subhash, then moving in west direction up to the House of Pappy, then moving in South direction via Dr. Shanti House up to the intersection of Chhota Bazar Main Gali, then moving the west direction and crossing the Gaushala Bazar then moving in north direction up to the corner of Masjid, then moving in west direction up to the corner of Museum, then moving in north direction and crossing the Shek Chilly Makbra up to the intersection of MC Thanesar limit, then moving in north east direction along the boundary of MC limit up to the corner 33KV Sub Station, which is the starting point.

Ward No. 06 :- Starting from intersection of Bishangarh Road and MC Thanesar limit, then going along said limit in east direction and crossing the Delhi Ambala Railway line up to the corner of Vashisht Colony, then moving towards south direction from said corner up the corner of Jagdish Kalra Park, the moving towards west direction up to the intersection of Kaithal Railway line, then moving along Railway line towards Kaithal crossing the open area up to the corner of Govt.
