No. 12/307/2020-5C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of section 8 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973) and in supersession of Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, Notification No. 12/307/2020-5C1,dated the 24th March, 2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby abolishes the Municipal Committee, Badli, District Jhajjar.
