Notification
The 14th November, 2022
No. Elec-2022/IR-II/PSCE/Hol/36451.— Whereas, the State Election Commission, Haryana issued a notification no. SEC/4E-II/2022/5665 dated 12.11.2022 for holding a re-poll on 14.11.2022 (Monday) for the post of Panchs of Ward Nos. 4 & 6 of Gram Panchayat Lisana, Block Rewari, District Rewari.
And whereas, it is considered necessary to provide opportunity to all the workers/employees working in all Shops and Commercial Establishments to exercise their franchise.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 (Punjab Act 15 of 1958) and all other enabling powers, the Governor of Haryana hereby fixes 'Monday' the 14.11.2022 for the above jurisdiction to be the holidays with wages for all the workers/employees enrolled as voters in Ward Nos. 4 & 6 of Gram Panchayat Lisana, Block Rewari, District Rewari working in all the shops and commercial establishments within the State of Haryana to enable them to cast their votes.
