संख्या प्राधिकरण-2022/9.- हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1977 (1977 का अधिनियम संख्या 13) की धारा 54 के खण्ड (ड) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा राज्य सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (भूमि तथा भवनों का निपटान) विनियम, 1978 को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात् :-
1. ये विनियम हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (भूमि तथा भवनों का निपटान) संषोधन विनियम, 2022 कहे जा सकते है।
2. हरियाणा शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण (भूमि तथा भवनों का निपटान) विनियम, 1978 में, विनियम 15 में निम्नलिखित परन्तुक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :- ''परन्तु प्राधिकरण द्वारा आबंटित किसी सम्पति का विलेख विधि के अधीन प्राधि—त उप-रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा या किसी अन्य सक्षम अधिकारी द्वारा तब तक निष्पादित तथा पंजी—त नहीं किया जाएगा जब तक संपति के विरुध अनापति प्रमाण-पत्र तथा विक्रय विलेख निष्पादित करने की अनुमति सम्बन्धित सम्पदा अधिकारी या सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी नहीं की जाती है।''

HARYANA SHEHRI VIKAS PRADHIKARAN
Notification

No. PRADHIKARAN-2022/9.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of Section 54 of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran, 1977 (Act No. 13 of 1977) and with the previous approval of the State Government, the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran hereby makes the following Regulation further to amend the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (Disposal of Land and Buildings), Regulations, 1978, namely:–
1. These Regulations may be called the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (Disposal of Land & Buildings), amendment Regulations, 2022.
2. In Regulation 15 to the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (Disposal of Land and Buildings), Regulations, 1978, the following proviso shall be inserted:
"Provided that no deed of any property allotted by the Pradhikaran shall be executed and registered by the Sub-Registrar or by any other competent authority authorized under the law, unless and until, no objection certificate against the property and permission to execute sale deed, is issued by the concerned Estate Officer or Competent authority."
