संख्या 01/79/2009-1पी०एस० ़- भारत के सविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा मुद्रण तथा लेखन सामग्री विभाग औद्योगिक (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा मुद्रण तथा लेखन सामग्री विभाग औद्योगिक (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संषोधन) नियम, 2022, कहे जा सकते हैं।

2. हरियाणा मुद्रण तथा लेखन सामग्री विभाग औद्योगिक (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में नियम 9 में, उप-नियम (1) में ''। सामान्य अनुभाग'' शीर्ष के नीचे, खण्ड (क) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

''(क) जनरल फोरमैन की दषा में,-

(i) 50 प्रतिषत ट्रेनिंग इंस्ट्रक्टर, सभी अनुभागों के सैक्षन होल्डरों तथा हैड कम्प्यूटरों में से पदोन्नति द्वारा; और (ii) 50 प्रतिषत विद्युतकार, पर्सनल कम्प्यूटर विद एडवांस टैक्नोलॉजी विद लेजर प्रिन्टर मषीन ऑप्रेटर (पी०सी०ए०टी०,एम०ओ०), फोटो टाईप सैटर कम्पोजिंग मषीन आप्रेटर (पी०टी०एस०ओ०,एम०ओ०), लिथोग्राफर रिटरोचर आर्टिस्ट, हिलियो प्रिन्टर, लेआऊट आर्टिस्ट-कम-पेस्टर तथा फोर कलर वैब ऑफसैट मषीन आप्रेटर मेंं से पदोन्नति द्वारा; या

(iii) किसी राज्य सरकार या भारत सरकार की सेवा में पहले से लगे किसी कर्मचारी के स्थानातरण या प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा''।

(1064)PART I] HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., DEC. 13, 2022 (AGHN. 22, 1944 SAKA) 1065 3. उक्त नियमों में, परिषिष्ट ख में, क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, खाना 4 के नीचे विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

"पदोन्नति द्वारा — (i) ट्रेनिंग इस्ट्रक्टर या हैड कम्प्यूटर या सैक्षन होल्डर के रूप में दो वर्ष का अनुभव; या पर्सनल कम्प्यूटर विद एडवांस टैक्नोलॉजी विद लेजर प्रिन्टर मषीन ऑप्रेटर (पी०सी०ए०टी०,एम०ओ०), फोटो टाईप सैटर कम्पोजिंग मषीन आप्रेटर (पी०टी०एस०ओ०,एम०ओ०), लिथोग्राफर रिटरोचर आर्टिस्ट, हिलियो प्रिन्टर, लेआऊट आर्टिस्ट-कम-पेस्टर तथा फोर कलर वैब ऑफसैट मषीन आप्रेटर के रूप में पन्द्रह वर्ष का अनुभव; या विद्युतकार के रूप में पन्द्रह वर्ष का अनुभव; (ii) विभागीय परीक्षा अर्हक करना; तथा (iii) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी। स्थानान्तरण अथवा प्रतिनियुक्त द्वारा — (i) जरनल फोरमैन के रूप में पाँच वर्ष का अनुभव; (ii) विभागीय परीक्षा अर्हक करना; तथा (iii) मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर षिक्षा में एक विषय के रूप में हिन्दी।"

No. 01/79/2009-1 PS.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Printing and Stationery Department Industrial (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Printing and Stationery Department Industrial (Group-C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

2. In the Haryana Printing and Stationery Department Industrial (Group-C) Service Rules, 1998 (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 9, in sub-rule (1), under heading '1. General Section, for clause (a), the following clause shall be substituted, namely :-

"(a) In case of General Foreman, -

(i) 50% by promotion from amongst the Training Instructor, Section Holder of all Sections and Head Computer; and

(ii) 50% by promotion from amongst the Electrician, Personal Computer with Advance Technology with Laser Printer Machine Operator (PCATMO), Photo Type Setter Composing Machine Operator (PTSOMO), Lithographer Retoucher Artists, Helio Printer, Layout Artist-cum-Paster and Four Color Web Offset Machine Operator; or

(iii) by transfer or deputation of an official already in the service of any State Government or the Government of India,".

3. In the said rules, in Appendix B, against serial number 1, under column 4, for the existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"By promotion — (i) two years experience as Training Instructor or Head Computer or Section Holder; OR fifteen years experience as Personal Computer with Advance Technology with Laser Printer Machine Operator (PCATMO), Photo Type Setter Composing Machine Operator (PTSOMO), Lithographer Retoucher Artists of Helio Printer, Layout Artist-cum-Paster and Four Color Web Offset Machine Operator; OR fifteen Years experience as Electrician. (ii) to qualify departmental test; and (iii) Hindi or Sanskrit as an one of the subject in Matric or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher standard; By transfer or deputation — (i) five years experience as General Foreman; (ii) to qualify departmental test; and (iii) Hindi or Sanskrit as an one of the subject in Matric or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher standard.".
