संख्या 6/53/2008-1 श्रम.— औद्योगिक नियोजन (स्थाई आदेष) अधिनियम, 1946 (1946 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 20), की धारा 2 के खण्ड (ग) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा इस निमित्त समय-समय पर जारी की गई सभी पूर्व अधिसूचनाओं के अधिक्रमण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, मुख्यालय पर नियुक्त अपर श्रम आयुक्त को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन प्रमाणकर्ता अधिकारी के सभी कृत्यों का पालन करने हेतु नियुक्त करते हैं।

No. 6/53/2008-1Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (c) of section 2 of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 (Central Act 20 of 1946) and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in this behalf from time to time, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Additional Labour Commissioner, posted at Headquarter to perform all functions of Certifying Officer under the said Act.
