संख्या सी.सी.पी.(एन.सी.आर.)/पी.ए.एल./ए.सी.ए.-।।/होडल/2022/2018 .- चूंकि सरकार की राय में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट तथा उससे संलग्न योजना में दर्षाये गये क्षेत्र, निर्माण क्रियाकलाप, औद्योगिक, वाणिज्यिक, संस्थागत अथवा आमोद-प्रमोद सम्पदाओं/क्रियाकलापों तथा उपरोक्त के सहायक उपयोग हेतु संभाव्य है;
इसलिए, अब, हरियाणा अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियंत्रित क्षेत्र अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का पंजाब अधिनियम 41) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा उक्त क्षेत्र को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ नियंत्रित क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

अतिरिक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र-।।, होडल, जिला पलवल की सीमाओं की अनुसूची को ड्रार्इंग संख्या डी.टी.पी. (पी.ए.एल) 89/2022 दिनांक 18 मई, 2022/11 जुलाई, 2022 के साथ पढ़ा जाए।
उत्तरः बिन्दु 'ए' जोकि नियंत्रित क्षेत्र, पलवल (अधिसूचना संख्या 3522-2टी.सी.पी./74/24936 दिनांक 4 जुलाई, 1974 द्वारा घोषित तथा राजपत्र में 17 सितम्बर, 1974 को प्रकाषित), राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या-2 के साथ-साथ घोषित नियंत्रित क्षेत्र (राजपत्र में दिनांक 23 जून, 2009 को प्रकाषित अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/एफ.बी.डी. /ए.एल.एन.जी.एन.एच.-2/ टीकरी-बी.एम.एन./सी.ए./2009/1759, दिनांक 23 जून, 2009 द्वारा घोषित तथा अधिसूचना दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 2019 द्वारा यथा संषोधित) तथा दिल्ली-मथुरा रेलवे लाईन की पष्चिमी सीमा का त्रि-मिलन बिंदु है, से प्रारंम्भ करते हुए पूर्व की ओर उपरोक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र, पलवल की सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'बी' तक, जहां यह पूर्वी परिधीय दु्रतमार्ग के साथ-साथ घोषित नियंत्रित क्षेत्र (पॉकेट ए) (राजपत्र में 21 जनवरी, 2010 को प्रकाषित अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/एफ.बी.डी./ई.एस.टी.एन.-ई.एक्स.पी./सी.ए./ 2010/232 दिनांक 21 जनवरी, 2010 द्वारा घोषित) से मिलती है। तत्पष्चात् बिंदु 'बी' से पूर्व की ओर पूर्वी परिधीय दु्रतमार्ग के साथ-साथ 21 जनवरी, 2010 को घोषित उपरोक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र (पॉकेट ए) की सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'सी' तक अर्थात् वह बिंदु जहां 21 जनवरी, 2010 को घोषित उक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र की सीमा गांव दीघोट (हदबस्त संख्या 135) की राजस्व सीमा से अलग होती है।
पूर्वः तत्पष्चात् बिन्दु 'सी' से दक्षिण की ओर गांव दीघोट (हदबस्त संख्या 135) की पूर्वी राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ, बिन्दू 'डी' अर्थात् गांव दीघोट (हदबस्त संख्या 135) की आयत संख्या 183 के उत्तर-पूर्वी कोने तक।

(EXTRA.), DEC. 9, 2022 (AGHN. 18, 1944 SAKA) 9011 दक्षिणः तत्पष्चात ्बिन्दु'डी' से पष्चिम की ओर गांव दीघोट (हदबस्त संख्या 135) की दक्षिणी राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ, बिन्दू 'ई' तक जो कि गांव दीघोट (हदबस्त संख्या 135) की राजस्व सीमा, दिल्ली-मथुरा रेलवे लाईन की पष्चिमी सीमा तथा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 2 के साथ-साथ घोषित नियंत्रित क्षेत्र (राजपत्र में दिनांक 23 जून, 2009 को प्रकाषित अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/एफ.बी.डी./ए.एल.एन.जी.एन.एच. 2/टीकरी-बी.एम./सी.ए./ 2009/1759, दिनांक 23 जून, 2009 द्वारा घोषित तथा अधिसूचना दिनांक 9 जनवरी, 2019 द्वारा यथा संषोधित) का त्रि-मिलन बिंदु है।
पष्चिमः तत्पष्चात् बिन्दु 'ई' से उत्तर की ओर राष्टी्रय राजमार्ग संख्या 2 के साथ-साथ दिनांक 23 जून, 2009 को घोषित उपरोक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र की सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'ए' तक,जो कि प्रारंम्भिक बिन्दु है।

Notification
The 9th December, 2022
No. CCP(NCR)/PAL/ACA-II/HODAL/2022/2018.— Whereas, in the opinion of the Government, the area specified in the Schedule given below and shown in the plan appended hereto has the potential for building activities, industrial, commercial, institutional or recreational estates/activities and uses subservient to the above.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Haryana Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the said area to be a controlled area for the purposes of the said Act, namely:–
SCHEDULE
Schedule of boundaries of Additional Controlled Area-II, Hodal, District Palwal to be read with drawing no. D.T.P. (PAL) 89/2022, dated the 18th May, 2022/11th July, 2022.
North: Starting from point 'A' i.e. the tri-junction of the boundaries of controlled area, Palwal (declared vide notification No. 3522-2TCP/74/24936, dated the 4th July, 1974 published in Government Gazette on 17th September, 1974), controlled area declared along National Highway No. 2 (declared vide notification No. CCP(NCR)/FBD/A.L.N.G.N.H.-2/TIKRI-BMN/C.A./2009/1759, dated the 23rd June, 2009 published in Government Gazette on 23rd June, 2009, and as amended vide notification dated the 9th January, 2019) and western boundary of Delhi-Mathura railway line, thence towards east along the boundary of above said controlled area, Palwal upto the point 'B', where it meets the boundary of controlled area (pocket A) declared along Eastern Peripheral Expressway (declared vide notification No. CCP(NCR)/FBD/ESTN- EXP/CA/2010/232, dated the 21st January, 2010 published in Government Gazette on 21st January, 2010). Thence, from point 'B' towards east along boundary of above said controlled area (pocket A) declared along Eastern Peripheral Expressway on 21st January, 2010 upto point 'C', i.e. the point where boundary of above said controlled area dated the 21st January, 2010 departs from the revenue boundary of Village Deeghot (Hadbast No. 135).
East: Thence from point 'C' towards south along the eastern revenue boundary of Village Deeghot (Hadbast Number 135) upto point 'D', i.e. north-east corner of rectangle number183 of Village Deeghot (Hadbast Number 135).
South: Thence from point 'D' towards west along the southern revenue boundary of Village Deeghot (Hadbast Number 135) upto point 'E', i.e. the tri-junction of the revenue boundary of Village Deeghot (Hadbast Number 135), western boundary of Delhi-Mathura railway line and the boundary of controlled area declared along National Highway No. 2 (declared vide notification No. CCP(NCR)/FBD/A.L.N.G.N.H.-2/TIKRI- BMN/C.A./2009/1759, dated the 23rd June, 2009 published in Government Gazette on 23rd June, 2009, and as amended vide notification dated the 9th January, 2019).
West: Thence from point 'E' towards north along the boundary of above said controlled area declared on 23rd June, 2009 along National Highway No. 2 upto point 'A' i.e. point of start.
