The 16th December, 2022
No. 20/56/2022-6C 1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994(16 of 1994), the Governor of Haryana in supersession of Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification No.S.O.59/H.A.16/1994/S.3/2020 dated 28th December, 2020 and after consultation with the Municipal Corporation, Gurugram, hereby alter and define the boundaries of Municipal Corporation, Gurugram, as specified in the schedule given below.
SCHEDULE
The Schedule of the boundaries of Municipal Corporation Gurugram shall be read as shown from points 'A' to 'N' on the enclosed copy of the plan bearing Drawing No. MCG/TP/2022/20 dated 30th November 2022.
Starting from point 'A', which is the intersection point of northern revenue boundary of village Dhankot and Gurugram-Farrukhnagar-Jhajjar Road, then moving towards north east along the western boundary of revenue estate of village Dhankot upto point 'B' where it meets the Delhi State northern boundary, then moving along the northern revenue boundary of villages Kherki Majra-Daultabad-Dharampur-Babupur-Bajhgera, with the Delhi State boundary upto point 'C' i.e. Bajhgera-Najafgarh Road. Then moving along the northern boundary of revenue estate of villages Bajhgera-Chauma-Carterpuri-Dundahera-Nathupur, with the Delhi State boundary i.e. point 'D'. Then moving south towards along the eastern revenue boundaries of villages Nathupur, Sikanderpur Ghosi, Chakkarpur, Wazirabad, Haiderpur viran with the Delhi State boundary upto point 'E'. Then moving east along the northern boundary of revenue estate of village Gwal Pahari and eastern revenue boundary of village Balola, Badhwari upto point 'F', which is meeting point of Faridabad-Gurugram Road with the Delhi State boundary. Thence moving towards south west, along the eastern boundary of revenue estate of village Bandhwari with the District boundary of District Faridabad i.e. point 'G'. Then moving west along the southern boundaries of revenue estate of village Bandhwari, Behrampur, Kadarpur, Bhondsi, Badshahpur, Nurpur Jharsa, Palra, Darbaripur, Kherki Daula upto point 'H', which is the meeting point of revenue estate boundary of village Shikohpur and Kherki Daula. Then moving towards west along the common boundary of Shikohpur and Kherki Daula upto point 'I', which is the meeting point of sector dividing road of sector-76 expand 75A upto point 'J' which is the tri-junction of sector-75, 75A expand 76. Then moving north west along the sector dividing roads of sector 75A expand 76 upto point 'K', which is the meeting point of sector dividing road of sector-75A expand 76 and Delhi-Jaipur Road (NH-48). Then moving towards south along the Delhi Jaipur Road upto point 'L', where Delhi-Jaipur Road (NH-48) meets with the existing Northern Peripheral Road (NPR). Then moving towards north west along the NPR upto point 'M' which is the meeting point of sector dividing road of sector-99 expand 99A with Gurugram-Farrukhnagar-Jhajjar Road upto point 'N', which is the northern revenue boundary of village Dhankot and Gurugram-Farrukhnagar-Jhajjar Road then moving towards north west upto point 'A', which is the starting point.
