HARYANA GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT Notification The 2nd January, 2023 No. 50/39/2022-5S(I)(A).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act, 1887 and section 105 of the Punjab Tenancy Act, 1887, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers upon Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS, Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Sonipat, Haryana powers of the Collector to hear appeals from the orders and decrees of Assistant Collector of the 1st and 2nd Grades under the aforesaid Acts within the limits of respective Sub Division with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State.
No. 50/39/2022-5S(I)(B):– Under the provisions of clause (c) of section 3 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the Governor of Haryana hereby confers upon Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS, Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Sonipat, Haryana powers of Collector for the purpose of aforesaid Act within the limits of respective Sub Division with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State. No. 50/39/2022-5S(I)(C):– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Punjab Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1952, the Governor of Haryana confers upon Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS, Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Sonipat, Haryana powers of the Collector for the purpose of aforesaid Act within the limits of respective Sub Division with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State.
No. 50/39/2022-5S(I)(D):– In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Colonization of Government Lands (Punjab) Act, 1912 (Punjab Act 5 of 1912), Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS, Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Sonipat, Haryana is appointed as a Collector to perform all the functions and exercise all the powers under sections 17, 20, 24, 25, 26, 32, 33 and 34 over the lands to which the said Act applied in respect of all the State owned lands in the respective Sub Division, under the management of the Public Works Department, Haryana with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State.
No. 50/39/2022-5S(I)(E):– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (b) of clause (9) of Section 2 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS, Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Sonipat, Haryana to perform the duties of a Collector under the said Act within the limits of the respective Sub Division with the condition that such powers shall be exercised by Ms. Ankita Verma, HCS only when she will be posted as SDO(C)/DDPO/Special Collector/City Magistrate in Haryana State.
