स्ांख्या सा०का०नि० 2/संवि०/अनु० 309/2023.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा वित्त खजाना तथा लेखा विभाग, राज्य वर्ग-ग सेवा नियम, 1980, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनातेे हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा वित्त खजाना तथा लेखा विभाग, राज्य वर्ग-ग सेवा (संशोधन) नियम, 2023, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा वित्त खजाना तथा लेखा विभाग, राज्य वर्ग-ग सेवा नियम, 1980 में, "सत्रह" तथा "तीस" शब्दों के स्थान पर, क्रमशः "अठारह" तथा "बयालीस" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे। 4 HARYANA GOVT. No. G.S.R.2/Const./Art.309/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Finance Treasuries and Accounts Department State Group C Service Rules, 1980, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Finance Treasuries and Accounts Department State Group C Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
2. In the Haryana Finance Treasuries and Accounts Department State Group C Service Rules, 1980, in rule 5, for the words "seventeen" and "thirty", the words and sign "eighteen" and "forty-two" shall respectively be substituted.
