स्ांख्या सा०का०नि० 4/संवि०/अनु० 309/2023.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा वित्त, खजाना तथा लेखा विभाग (ग्रुप घ) सेवा नियम, 1998, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनातेे हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा वित्त, खजाना तथा लेखा विभाग (ग्रुप घ) सेवा (संशोधन) नियम, 2023, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा वित्त, खजाना तथा लेखा विभाग (ग्रुप घ) सेवा नियम, 1998 में, नियम 5 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-

No. G.S.R.4/Const./Art.309/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Finance Treasuries and Accounts Department Group D Service, Rules, 1998, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Finance Treasuries and Accounts Department Group D Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023.
2. In the Haryana Finance Treasuries and Accounts Department Group D Service Rules, 1998, for rule 5, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-
"5. Age.- The age for direct recruitment to the Service shall be such, as specified in section 6 of the Haryana Group D Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2018 (5 of 2018).".
