| Provided that a non-official Chairperson, who is provided with a staff car may perform journey on provided with a staff car may perform journey on official duty at headquarters and outside the headquarters upto a total limit of 5000 KM in calendar month and when such journeys are either in excess of 1000 kms. At headquarter or the total journey both at headquarter and outside headquarter exceed 5000 kms. in a calendar month, the excess journey would be treated as private journeys. (b) The Chairperson may utilize his private vehicle as per his option with the reimbursement of mileage allowance @Rs. 18/- per KM provided that the journey performed in staff car and private vehicle should not exceed the maximum limit as prescribed above. (vi) Staff :- The following staff may be provided to the Chairperson:- (a) Private Secretary or personal Assistant -1 (b) Clerk -1 (c) Peon -1 (d) Home peon -1 (vii) Headquarters of the Chairperson:- The Headquarter of the Chairperson will be at Chandigarh/Panchkula. (viii) Competent Authority:- The Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Administration of Justice Department will be the controlling Officer for the purpose of countersigning the T.A. bill etc. of the Chairperson. | ||
| 4. | The expenditure involved will be met form the Grant-in-Aid (budget head 2250-OSS) except expenditure of staff car, which will be born by the office of CS as per entitlement. | |
