The 11th January, 2023

No. 2164-J-2-2022/198.— In supersession of this Department Notification No. 4217-J-2-2006/25030, dated 15th January, 2007, in exercise of the power conferred by Sub section (1) of Section 19 of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (No. 22 of 2005), the Governor of Haryana hereby designates the concerned Additional Deputy Commissioner of a District to be the First Appellate Authority in respect of Revenue Administration for the purpose of said Act and Rules made there under.
