No. 2/108/2022-1HB-III.— In exercise of powers conferred under section 26 & 27 of the Surrogacy In exercise of powers conferred under section 26 & 27 of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 (47 of 2021) and section 6 of Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 (Regulation) Act, 2021 (47 of 2021) and section 6 of Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 (Regulation) Act, 2021 (47 of 2021) and section 6 of Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 (42 of 2021); the Government of Haryana hereby notifies the State Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy (42 of 2021); the Government of Haryana hereby notifies the State Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy (42 of 2021); the Government of Haryana hereby notifies the State Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board for the purposes of said Acts, with immediate effect until further orders, as under:
