The 16th January, 2023

Issue of State Government Securities

No. Loan-3/1/2003-WM(2).— In partial modification to the Revised General Notification No. Loan-3/1/2003- WM (2) dated July 20, 2007 of Finance Department, the existing words 'Public Debt Act 1944' and the 'Public Debt Rules, 1946' appearing in sub para No (i) of para 4.12 and sub para (i) of para 4.13 and anywhere else in the said notification, shall be substituted as 'Government Securities Act, 2006' and the 'Government Securities Regulations, 2007' respectively.
