क्रमांक नं0 119/3 एल.— क्योंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की संतुष्टि हो गई है कि नीचे वर्णित भूमि (छोड़ी गई) सरकार द्वारा सरकारी खर्चा पर, सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ बाबत पूर्व निर्मित फतेहाबाद ब्रांच बुर्जी नं. 59705 से बुर्जी नं. 59996 तक जो नामतः बुर्जी नं. 538630/ भाखड़ा मेन लाईन से निकलती है। गांव - गाजूवाला, तहसील - टोहाना, जिला - फतेहाबाद के अनाधिसूचित क्षेत्र के निर्माण के लिए भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है।

यह अधिसूचना, भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम (2013 का नं. 30) (अधिनियम 2013 के अनुसार) 2013 की धारा 11 (1) के उपबन्धों के अधीन उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जारी की जाती है, जिनका इससे सम्बन्ध है।

उपरोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदान की गई षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस समय, कार्य में लगे हुए अधिकारियों तथा कर्मचारियों को अपने सेवकों सहित परिक्षेत्र में वर्णित भूमि पर प्रवेष तथा सर्वेक्षण करने तथा इस धारा के द्वारा अपेक्षित अनुज्ञान किसी अन्य कार्य करने के लिए प्राधिकृत है।

कोई हितबद्ध व्यक्ति जिसे उपरोक्त परिक्षेत्र में किसी भूमि अर्जन करने पर कोई आक्षेप हो, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन की तिथि के 60 दिन के भीतर, तो अपने आक्षेप लिखित रूप से अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 15 (1) के अधीन उपमण्डल अधिकारी (नागरिक), टोहाना के समक्ष दायर कर सकता है।

No. 119/3-L.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land (Un-Notified) specified below is needed by the Government at the public expenses, for public purpose, namely for ALREADY CONSTRUCTED OF FATEHABAD BRANCH FROM RD 59705 TO RD 59996 OFFTAKING FROM BHAKRA MAIN LINE AT RD 538630 Tail for the un-notified area as mentioned below of Village - Gajuwala, Tehsil - Tohana & District - Fatehabad.

It is hereby notified that the land in the locality described below is needed for the above said purpose.

This notification is made under the provision of Section-11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013) (herein after referred to as the Act of 2013) for the information of all to whom it may concern.

In exercise of the power conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the officers for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their servants and workmen to enter upon and survey any land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of land in the locality may, within a perio d of 60 days of publication of this notification may file objection under section 15 (1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013 in writing before the District Revenue Officer-Cum Land Acquisition Collector, Fatehabad. The plans of the land and all other details may be inspected in the office of the District Revenue Officer-Cum Land Acquisition Collector, Fatehabad or in the Office of Executive Engineer, Tohana W/S Division, Tohana on any working day.
