No.12/RERA/GGM/Regulations/2018/Corrigendum/2023/1.— In the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (Quarterly progress report) Regulations, 2018 were notified in the Haryana Government Gazette (Extraordinary) vide notification No. 12/RERA GGM Regulations 2018 on the 21st Day of May 2019.

Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (Quarterly progress report) Regulations, 2018.
In the Table A in annexure C at page no. 1705 after Sr. no. 14 at the end for "Note:
Proportionate land cost for the quarter shall be worked out by dividing the total land cost by total number of quarters in which project is proposed to be completed."
May be read as
"Note: Proportionate land cost shall be based on the total land cost in proportion of construction cost incurred against total construction cost or actual paid land cost, whichever is lesser."
