HARYANA ACT NO. 7 OF 2023
THE HARYANA URBAN IMMOVABLE PROPERTY TAX (VALIDATION OF LISTS) REPEAL ACT, 2022
AN
ACT
to repeal the Haryana Urban Immovable Property Tax (Validation of Lists) Act, 1943.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventy-third Year of the
Republic of India as follows:-
Short title.
1. This Act may be called the Haryana Urban Immovable Property Tax (Validation of Lists) Repeal Act, 2022.
Repeal of Punjab Act V of 1943.
2. The Haryana Urban Immovable Property Tax (Validation of Lists) Act, 1943, is hereby repealed.
