संख्या 381-म0प0-II-2022/797.— भारतीय मत्स्य क्षेत्र अधिनियम, 1897 (1897 का अधिनियम IV) की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (3) तथा (4) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1), तथा पंजाब मत्स्य क्षेत्र अधिनियम, 1914 (1914 का अधिनियम 2), की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (3) (क) के साथ पठित उप-धारा (1) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा मत्स्य क्षेत्र नियम, 1996, से सलंग्न अनुसूची में दिये गये ''ाा यमुना नगर जिला'' शीर्ष के नीचे खण्ड 10 के अनुसरण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से छह माह की अवधि के लिये, यमुना नगर जिले में स्थित निम्नलिखित जलों को उक्त नियमों के नियम 3 के उपबन्धों को लागू करते है, अर्थात :-
1 यमुना नदी : हथिनी कुण्ड से गांव कलेसर तक।
2 पष्चिमी यमुना नहर : गांव जैधर से दादुपुर हैड वर्कस आर0डी0 59100 से 66347 मुख्य लाईन अपर तक तथा दादुपुर हैड वर्क्स से गांव अमादलपुर तक आर0डी0 0 से 32600 मुख्य लाईन लोअर तक।
तदानुसार उपरोक्त जलों में जालों से वाणिज्यिक तौर पर उपरोक्त अवधि के दौरान मछली पकडना नि षिद्ध होगा और यह क्षेत्र हरियाणा मत्स्य क्षेत्र नियम, 1996, के अधीन नीलाम नहीं होगा।

Notification

No. 381-F-II-2022/797.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (3) and (4) of Section-6 of the Indian Fisheries Act, 1897 (Act IV of 1897) and Sub-section (1) read with Clause (a) of Sub-Section (3) of Section 3 of the Punjab Fisheries Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 2 of 1914) and in pursuance of Clause 10 under heading "II. Yamuna Nagar District" contained in schedule appended to the Haryana Fisheries Rules, 1996, the Governor of Haryana hereby applies the provisions of Rule 3 of the said rules to the following waters situated in Yamuna Nagar District for a period of six months with effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, namely :-
1 Yamuna River :- From Hathini Kund upto village Kalaser
2 West Yamuna Canal :- Village Jaidher upto Dadupur Head Works R.D. 59100 to 66347 Main Line upper and Dadupur Head works upto Village Amdalpur R.D. 0 to 32600 Main Line Lower.
Accordingly, during the above period commercial fishing with nets shall be prohibited in above waters and the area shall not be auctioned under the Haryana Fisheries Rules, 1996.
