No. 46/3/95-5HB-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (4) of section 9 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) read with sub-rule 11 & 12 of the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014 and in supersession of this office letter No. 46/3/95-5HB-II, dated 15.12.2021, the Governor of Haryana hereby constitutes the Hospital based Authorization Committee for the Medanta- The Medicity Hospital, Gurugram consisting of the following members, namely :-
