No. 09/07/2023-4CII.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following delegation of powers for the smooth functioning of Municipal Corporations, Municipal Councils & Municipal Committees in the State of Haryana.

NOTE: In case the Municipal Council or Committee is unable to pay salaries to its employees and the Government steps in to provide grants for payment of salaries to employees, then the above powers above Rs 25 lakhs will stand withdrawn and approval of works will be done only after prior sanction of the ULB Minister.
