संख्या 9/11/2023-4 क ाा .- हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-9 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेशों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुऐ, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल द्वारा नगर पालिका, इन्द्री, जिला-करनाल के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव उन व्यक्तियों की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जिनको इससेे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि समाप्ति पर या इसके पश्चात्‌ सरकार, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, जो अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/महानिदेषक, षहरी स्थानीय निकाय, हरियाणा, पंचकुला द्वारा उपायुक्त, करनाल के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से प्रस्ताव केे सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार की विनिर्दिष्ठ अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जायें, विचार करेगी।

वार्ड नं0 02 :- मोमन प्रजापत के मकान से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा में कुन्दरा डायरी से होते हुए, शषी कान्ता पार्षद के घर से होते हुए पशुओं के हस्पताल से होते हुए उत्तर की दिषा में कृष्ण लाल के घर से होते हुए, पूर्व दिषा में अनिल भाटिया के घर से होते हुए गउषाला तक, खलासी नदी के साथ-साथ पष्चिम दिषा में सपना बंगालन के घर से होते हुए, दक्षिण दिषा में प्रेम चन्देल के घर से होते हुए वापिस दक्षिण दिषा में मोमन प्रजापत के मकान तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

The 16th March, 2023

No. 9/11/2023-4C II.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules,1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/Notification issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Indri, District-Karnal for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of period of 10 days from the date of publication of this order in the official gazette, together with objections and suggestions if any, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department /Director General, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Panchkula through Deputy Commissioner, Karnal from any person in respect of the proposal before the expiry of the period so specified.

Schedule of Boundaries

Ward No. 01 :- Starting from the corner of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Medicinal Garden along with old bridge on Western Yamuna Canal, along with the garden in east direction till Suresh Medical Store in Main Bazaar, from Suresh Medical Store to Gopi Chand in north direction From the house of Gopi Chand in the east direction to the house of Roshan Lai Goyal, from the house of Roshan Lal Goyal in the north direction, through the house of Ramesh Singla, in the east direction to New Shiv Mandir, from New Shiv Mandir in the north direction of Raghubir Saini. Ward No. 03 :- Starting from Gopi Chand's shop on the main market road, in the north direction to R.D. Goyal's house, From the house of R.D. Goyal in the east direction to the house of Ex.
