Notification

No 401(CFMS)-AH-4-2023/1663— In supersession of Notification No. 3211(CFMS)-AH-4-2019/6544, dated 21.06.2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3(1) of the Haryana Animal (Registration, Certification and Breeding) Act, 2019, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute the Animal Registration Authority for registration of Animals under and appoint the following as its members:-
| 1 | Director General, Animal Husbandry & Dairying, Haryana, Panchkula | Chairperson |
| 2 | Managing Director, Haryana Livestock Development Board, Panchkula | Member |
| 3 | Veterinary Surgeon working at Haryana Livestock Development Board, Panchkula | Member |
| 4 | Deputy Director, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, Haryana, Panchkula | Member Secretary |
The Headquarter of the Animal Registration Authority shall be at Panchkula, Haryana.
Functions:-
Registration of animals as per Section 7 of the Act.
Chandigarh: The 8th March, 2023.
