क्रमांक 12/10/2023-2 पी एच.— हरियाणा के राज्यपाल की सन्तुष्टि हो गई है कि नीचे विषिष्टियों में वर्णित भूमि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी खर्चे पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ जल जीवन मिषन के तहत 52 गांव व 5 ढाणियों ब्लॉक नगीना व 8 गांव पिंगवा जिला नूंह (मेवात) के तहत पीने के पानी की पाइप लाइन बिछाने के लिए जल संवर्धन परियोजना के लिए भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 2008 (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) (2008 की धारा 3 उपधारा (1) नियम नं0 31 का 2008) हेतू भूमि अपेक्षित है। इसके द्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाता है की नीचे विषिष्टियों में वर्णित भूमि उक्त परियोजना के लिए अपेक्षित है। यह अधिसूचना भूमि अर्जन की धारा 3 उपधारा (1) के उपबन्धों के अधीन उन सभी व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए जारी की जाती है जिनका इनसे सम्बन्ध है।

और यह हरियाणा सरकार को अपेक्षित है कि पाईप लगाने के लिए भूमि अधिकारों को हासिल करना आवष्यक है। अतः हरियाणा भूमिगत पाईप लाईन (भूमि में उपयोग कर्ता के अधिकार का अधिग्रहण) अधिनियम 2008 की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि भूमि में निर्दिष्ट भूमि अनूसूचित अधिसूचना को पानी वितरण पाईप लाईन बिछाने के लिए अर्जित किया जाना है।

उपरोक्त अधिनियम द्वारा प्रदान शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल ने फिलहाल के लिए अधिकारियों को तथा अन्य कर्मचारियों को इस इलाके का सर्वेक्षण तथा भूमि अर्जन करने के लिए जो भी अन्य कार्य आवष्यक है उस अधिनियम द्वारा स्वीकृत है प्राधिकृत करने के लिए प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की है।

इस इलाके में किसी भी व्यक्ति को यदि भूमि अधिग्रहण के सम्बन्ध में कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस सम्बन्ध में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन के 21 दिनाें के भीतर, उपधारा (4) धारा 3, भूमिगत पाइप लाइनों के तहत भूमि अर्जन अधिनियम 2008 में आपत्ति दर्ज करा सकता है। यह अधिकार का अर्जन जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एवं भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर पलवल अथवा कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, जन स्वास्थ्य अभियान्त्रिकी मण्डल पुन्हाना के अन्तर्गत लिखित रूप में आपत्ति दर्ज करा सकता है।

Notification

The 22nd March, 2023

No 12/10/2023-2PH.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land described in the notification below is likely to be needed by the Government at public expenses, for public purpose, namely, laying of pipe line improvement of water supply in 52 No. villages and 5 No. Dhanies block Nagina & Pingwa District Nuh (Mewat) under Jal Jeevan Mission in District Palwal.

And it appears to the Government of Haryana that it is necessary to acquire the right of the land for laying of pipe.

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub Section (1) of section 3 of the Haryana Underground Pipe Lines, (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act 2008, the Government of Haryana hereby declare that the right of user of land specified in the scheduled appended in the notification is hereby acquired for laying the water supply pipe line.

In exercise of powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the officers for the time being engaged in the undertaking with their officials and workmen to enter upon and survey the land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested who may have any objection regarding the acquisition of any land in the locality may within a period of Twenty One days of the publication of this notification, file objection under sub section (4), of Section 3 of Haryana Underground Pipe Lines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act 2008, in writing before the District Revenue Officer cum Land Acquisition Collector, Palwal or the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Punhana.

The Plans of the land and other details may be inspected in the office of the District Revenue Officer cum Land Acquisition Collector, Palwal or the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division, Punhana on any working day.
