संख्या 9/14/2023-4क II.— हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) तथा (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग अधिसूचना संख्या 8/28/2022-4कII दिनांक 13 अगस्त, 2022 में यथा परिनिष्चित नगर परिषद, पटौदी मण्डी, जिला गुरूग्राम की सीमाओं में सफेदार नगर को सम्मिलित करने के अपने आषय की घोषणा करते हैं तथा अब प्रस्तावित सीमाएं नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट हैं;
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से छह सप्ताह की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् राज्य सरकार, अधिसूचना के प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हो, जो उपायुक्त, गुरूग्राम के माध्यम से अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना के प्रारूप के संबध में इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व लिखित रूप में प्राप्त किये जाएं, विचार करेगी।
सीमाओं की अनुसूची
नगरपरिषद पटौदी-मण्डी की सीमाओं की अनुसूची को ड्राईंग संख्या 0248/एम0सी0पी0एम0 दिनांक 21.11.2022 से संलग्न प्रति में चिन्हित बिन्दू 'ए' से बिन्दु 'आर' तक दर्षाई गई सीमाओं के साथ पढ़ा जायेगा।
उत्तरः-बिन्दु 'ए' जो कि नगरपालिका समिति, हेलीमण्डी, (राजस्व संपदा जटौली) ग्राम लुहारी (जिला-झज्जर) व फरीदपुर का त्रि-मिलन है, से आरम्भ करके पूर्व की तरफ नगरपालिका समिति, हेलीमण्डी की उतरी सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम फरीदपुर, महचाना व खण्डेवला की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'बी' तक जो कि नगरपालिका समिति, हेलीमण्डी, ग्राम खण्डेवला व रामपुर की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'बी' से पूर्व दक्षिण की तरफ ग्राम रामपुर की उतरी सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम खण्डेवला, जाटौला व जोड़ी की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'सी' तक जो कि ग्राम रामपुर, जोडी व जनौला की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'सी' से पूर्व की तरफ ग्राम जनौला की उतरी सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम जोड़ी व घोषगढ़ की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'डी' तक जो कि ग्राम जनौला, घोषगढ़ व नरहेडा की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'डी' से पूर्व की तरफ ग्राम नरहेडा की उतरी सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम घोषगढ़ व नरहेडा की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'ई' तक जो कि ग्राम नरहेडा, घोषगढ़ व भौडा कलां की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है।

(EXTRA.), APR. 5, 2023 (CHTR. 15, 1945 SAKA) पूर्वः- बिन्दू 'ई' से दक्षिण की तरफ ग्राम नरहेडा की पूर्व सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम भाैंडा कलां व ऊँचा माजरा की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'एफ' तक जो कि ग्राम नरहेडा, ऊँचा माजरा व बांस पदम्का की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'एफ' से पष्चिम की तरफ ग्राम नरहेडा की दक्षिण सीमा के साथ व ग्राम बांस पदम्का व बिड खुर्द की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'जी' तक जो कि ग्राम नरहेडा, बिड खुर्द व नगरपालिका समिति, पटौदी की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दू 'जी' से दक्षिण की तरफ नगरपालिका समिति, पटौदी की पूर्व सीमा के साथ तथा ग्राम बिड खुर्द व बास पदम्का की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिन्दू 'एच' तक जो कि नगरपालिका समिति, पटौदी, ग्राम बासं पदम्का व मुमताजपुर की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है।
दक्षिणः-बिन्दु 'एच' से पष्चिम की और बिन्दु 'आई' तक जोकि ग्राम मुम्ताजपुर, सफेदार नगर व नगरपालिका समिति पटौदी की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'आई' से 'जे' तक जोकि ग्राम सफेदार नगर, मुम्ताजपुर व हेडाहेडी की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'जे' से दक्षिण पष्चिम की और बिन्दु 'के' तक जोकि ग्राम हेडाहेडी, हासंका व खानपुर की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'के' से दक्षिण की तरफ बिन्दु 'एल' तक जोकि ग्राम नानूकलां व खानपुर की राजस्व सीमाआेंं का द्विमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'एल' से पष्चिम उतर की तरफ बिन्दु 'एम' तक जोकि ग्राम खानपुर, खोड तथा हेडाहेड़ी की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। पष्चिमः-बिन्दु 'एम' से बिन्दु 'एन' तक जोकि नगरपालिका समिति, पटौदी, ग्राम हेडाहेड़ी व खोड़ की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'एन' से नगरपालिका समिति पटौदी की दक्षिण पष्चिम सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दु 'ओ' तक जोकि नगरपालिका समिति, पटौदी ग्राम छावन व खोड़ की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'ओ' से बिन्दु 'पी' तक जोकि ग्राम मिलकपुर, छावन व रंसिका की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'पी' से उतर की और बिन्दु 'क्यु' तक जोकि नगरपालिका समिति, हेलीमण्डी, ग्राम मिलकपुर व षाहपुर जट, की राजस्व सीमाआेंं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'क्यु' से उतर की और नगरपालिका हेलीमंडी (राजस्व संपदा जटौली) की पष्चिम सीमा के साथ-साथ बिन्दु 'आर' तक जोकि नगरपालिका समिति हेलीमण्डी ग्राम राजपुरा व लौहारी (जिला-झज्जर) की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रिमिलन बिन्दु है। इसके उपरान्त बिन्दु 'आर' से उतर की और नगरपालिका समिति, हेलीमण्डी की पष्चिम सीमा केे साथ-साथ बिन्दु 'ए' तक जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

Notification
The 5th April, 2023
No. 9/14/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub sections (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares his intention to include the area of Safedar Nagar within the limits of Municipal Council, Pataudi Mandi, district Gurugram as defined in the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 8/28/2022-4CII, dated the 13thAugust, 2022 and the boundaries now proposed as specified in the Schedule given below.
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of the period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazettee, together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department through Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram from any person in respect of the draft of notification before the expiry of the period so specified.
Schedule of Boundaries
Schedule of Boundaries for Municipal Council Pataudi-Mandi shall be read with the boundaries shown under point A to R marked on the attached drawing bearingNo. MCPM/0248 Dated 21.11.2022.
North:- Starting from point 'A' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of Municipal Committee Hailymandi (Revenue Estate Jatauli), village Lohari (Distt. Jhajjar) and Faridpur and moving towards East along the northern boundary of the Municipal Committee Hailymandi and the common revenue boundaries of village Faridpur, Mehchana and Khandewala up to point 'B' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of the MunicipalHARYANA GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA.), APR. 5, 2023 (CHTR. 15, 1945 SAKA) 727 Committee Hailymandi, village Khandewala and Rampur. Thence from point 'B' towards east-south, along the northern boundary of village Rampur and the common revenue boundaries of village Khandewala, Jataula and Jori up to point 'C' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Rampur, Jori and Janaula. Thence from point 'C' towards the east, along the northern boundary of village Janaula, and the common revenue boundaries of village Jori and Ghoshgarh, up to point 'D' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Janaula, Ghoshgarh and Narhera. Thence from point 'D' towards the east, along with the northern boundary of village Narhera, and the common revenue boundaries of village Ghoshgarh and Narhera, up to point 'E', which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of villages Narhera, Ghoshgarh and BhoraKalan.
East:- Starting From point 'E'and moving towards the south, along the eastern boundary of village Narhera and the common revenue boundary of village BhoraKalan and UnchaMajra up to point 'F' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Narhera, Uncha-Majra and Bas Padmaka. Thence from point 'F' towards the west along the southern boundary of village Narhera and the common revenue boundaries of village Bas Padmaka and Bid Khurd up to point 'G' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Narhera, Bid Khurd and Municipal Committee Pataudi. Thence from point 'G' towards the south, along with the eastern boundary of the Municipal Committee Pataudi and the common revenue boundaries of village Bid Khurd and Bas Padamka, up to to point 'H' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of the Municipal Committee Pataudi, village Baspadamka and Mumtazpur.
South:-From point 'H' towards west up to point 'I' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Mumtazpur, Safedaar Nagar and MC Pataudi. Thence from point 'I' up to point 'J' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Safedaar Nagar, Mumtazpur and Hera heri.Thence from point 'J' towards south west up to point 'K' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Hera heri, Hansaka and Khanpur. Thence from point 'K' towards south up to point 'L' which is the twi junction of revenue boundary of village Nanukalan and Khanpur. Thence from point 'L' towards west north up to point 'M' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Khanpur, Khor and Hera heri.
West:- From Point 'M' up to point 'N' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of MC Pataudi, Village Hera Heri and Khor. Thence from point 'N' along the south west boundary of MC Pataudi up to point 'O' which is the tri- junction of revenue boundary of MC Pataudi, Village Chawan and Khor. Thence from Point 'O' up to point 'P' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Milakpur, Chawan and Ransika. Thence from point 'P' towards north up to point 'Q' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of MC Hailymandi, village Milakpur and ShahpurJat. Thence from point 'Q' towards north along the west boundary of MC HailyMandi (Revenue Estate Jatauli) up to point 'R' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of MC HailyMandi, village Rajpura, Lohari (Distt. Jhajjar). Thence form point 'R' towards north along the west boundary of MC HailyMandi up to point 'A' which is the starting point.
