Notification
The 12th April, 2023
No. 10/30/2021-5Lab.— The Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in the Online Transfer Policy notified vide No. 10/30/2021-5Lab, dated 27.01.2023 to regulate the transfers of Medical Officers working on regular basis in the ESI Health Care Department, Haryana:-
In para no. 6, after sub-para (vii), the following sub-para shall be added as under:-
"(viii) The employee aggrieved with the transfer can represent to the Administrative Secretary after joining at the new place of posting within 15 days of issuance of orders, on a grievance redressal forum to be provided by the department for this purpose. The representation shall be considered in accordance with the policy and appropriate decision shall be conveyed by passing a speaking order."
