संख्या सा०का०नि० 10/संवि०/अनु० 309/2023.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (कार्यकारी शाखा) नियम, 2008, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (कार्यकारी शाखा) संशोधन नियम, 2023, कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (कार्यकारी शाखा) नियम, 2008 में, नियम 11 में, उपनियम (1) में, मद (I) में, टिप्पण में, खण्ड (V) के बाद, निम्नलिखित खण्ड जोड़े जाएंगे, अर्थात् :-
"(vi) प्रत्येक प्रश्न के पांच विकल्प (A, B, C, D और E) होंगे। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार प्रश्न का प्रयास कर रहा है, तो उसे उपयुक्त गोले A, B, C या D को काला करना होगा और यदि किसी प्रश्न को नहीं करना है, तो उसे E गोले को काला करना होगा। यदि किसी भी गोले को काला नहीं किया गया है, तो एक चौथाई (0.25) अंक की कटौती की जाएगी।
(vii) 10% से अधिक प्रश्नों में पांच गोलों में से किसी को भी काला नहीं करने पर उम्मीदवार को अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा।"।श्

Notification
The 12th April, 2023
No. G.S.R. 10/Const./Art. 309/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules, 2008, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Amendment Rules, 2023.
2. In the Haryana Civil Service (Executive Branch) Rules, 2008, in rule 11, in sub-rule (1), in item (I), in the Note, after clause (v), the following clauses shall be added, namely:-
"(vi) Each question shall have five options (A, B, C, D and E). If a candidate is attempting a question, he shall have to darken the appropriate circle A, B, C or D and if not attempting a question then, he shall have to darken E circle. If none of the circle is darkened, one fourth (0.25) mark shall be deducted.
(vii) Any candidate not darkening any of the five circles in more than 10% questions shall be disqualified.".
