संख्या 09/03/2023-4क ाा.— हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24), की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 09/03/2023-4क ाा दिनांक 13 जनवरी, 2023 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनूसूची मेेंं यथा विनिर्दिष्ट गांव कालांवाली, हुडडा आर-3 और डेरा राधा स्वामी सत्संग भवन के क्षेत्र तथा जंगीर सिंह कॉलोनी के साथ लगते क्षेत्र को नगरपालिका समिति, कालांवाली जिला सिरसा की सीमाओं मे सम्मिलित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची उारः- बिन्दु 'ए' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए जैसा कि नक्शे में दर्षाया गया है गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 67,68,69,70 की उारी सीमा के पथ पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'बी' तक जो कि गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 70 का उार पूर्वी कोना हैं। इसके बाद बिन्दु 'बी' से रेलवे लाइन पार करते हुए गांव कालांवाली आयत सख्ंया 47 के पष्चिमी सीमा के पथ पर उार की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'सी' तक जो कि गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 47 के किला संख्या 11 का उार पष्चिमी कोना हैं। इसके बाद बिन्दू 'सी' गांव कालांवाली से आयत संख्या 47 किला संख्या 11,12,13,14,15 आयत संख्या 46 किला संख्या 11,12,13,14,15 के उारी सीमा के पथ पर पूर्व की और चलते हुए बिन्दु 'डी' तक जो कि गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 46 किला संख्या 15 का उारी पूर्वी कोना हैं। इसके बाद बिन्दु 'डी' से गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 46 की पूर्वी सीमा के पथ पर दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'ई' तक जो कि गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 46 का दक्षिणी पूर्वी कोना हैं। इसके बाद बिन्दु 'ई' से वाटर वक्र्स के खाल को पार करते हुए गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 73, 74 की उारी सीमा के पथ पर पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'एफ' तक जो कि गांव कालांवाली हद पर मिलता है। इसके बाद बिन्दु 'एफ' से गांव कालांवाली की हद के साथ दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'जी' से होते हुए बिन्दु 'एच' तक। इसके बाद बिन्दु 'एच' से गांव कालांवाली की हद के साथ पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'आई' तक जोकि गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 75 के किला संख्या 25 का उारी पूर्वी कोना हैं। पूर्वः- बिन्दु 'आई' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए जैसा कि नक्षे में दर्षाया गया हैं तख्तमल रोड पार करते हुए गांव कालांवाली की राजस्व सीमा के साथ नगरपालिका की पुरानी सीमा के साथ दक्षिण ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'जे', 'के', 'एल' से होते हुए, वाटर वक्र्स के जल मार्ग को पार करते हुए, बिन्दु 'एम' से होते हुए बिन्दु 'एन' तक। दक्षिणः-बिन्दु 'एन' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए जैसा कि नक्षे में दर्षाया गया हैं गांव कालांवाली की राजस्व सीमा के साथ नगरपालिका की पुरानी सीमा के साथ दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए, रेलवे लाईन पार करते हुए बिन्दु 'ओ' से होते हुए बिन्दु 'पी' तक। इसके बाद बिन्दु 'पी' से नगरपालिका की पुरानी सीमा के साथ, कच्चे रास्ते की पूर्वी भुजा के साथ उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'क्यू' तक। इसके बाद बिन्दु 'क्यू' से नगरपालिका की पुरानी सीमा के साथ पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए ओढ़ा सड़क तक। इसके बाद ओढ़ा सड़क पार करते हुए आयत संख्या 195 की दक्षिणी पथ पर पष्चिम की आरे चलते हुए बिन्दु 'आर' तक जो कि आयत संख्या 195 का दक्षिणी पष्चिमी कोना है।

(EXTRA.), APR. 25, 2023 (VYSK. 5, 1945 SAKA) पश्चिमः- बिन्दु 'आर' से प्रारम्भ करते हुए जैसा कि नक्षे में दर्षाया गया है गांव कालांवाली आयत संख्या 195, 181, 159, 143, 122, 105, 85, 67 की पष्चिमी सीमा के पथ पर, जलमार्ग के साथ, डबवाली रोड़ पार करते हुए उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए बिन्दु 'ए' तक जो कि नगरपालिका की सीमा का प्राारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

No. 09/03/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (3) of section 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act,1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 09/03/2023-4CII, dated the 13th January, 2023, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the area of village Kalanwali, area of Huda R-3 and adjoining area, Dera Radha Swami, Satsang Bhawan and Jangir Singh Colony within the limits of Municipal Committee, Kalanwali, District Sirsa, as specified in the schedule given below, namely:-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

North:- Starting from point 'A' as define in the plan then moving with east on northern boundary of Rectangle Nos. 67,68,69,70 of village Kalanwali upto point 'B' which is Northern east corner of rectangle No. 70 of village Kalanwali. After that from point 'B' on crossing railway line moving towards North with the west boundary of Rectangle No. 47 of village Kalanwali upto point 'C' which is Northern west corner of Kila No. 11 of rectangle No. 47 of village Kalanwali. After that from point 'C' with northern boundary of Killa Nos. 11,12,13,14,15 of Rectangle No 47, Killa Nos. 11,12,13,14,15 of Rectangle No. 46 of village Kalanwali on moving towards east upto point 'D' which is northern east corner of Killa No. 15 of Rectangle No. 46 of village Kalanwali. After that from point 'D' with eastern boundary of Rectangle No. 46 of village Kalanwali moving towards south upto point 'E' which is southern east corner of Rectangle No. 46 of village Kalanwali. After that from point 'E' on crossing water course of water works alongwith northern boundary of Rectangle Nos. 73,74 of village Kalanwali moving towards east upto point 'F' which meets on revenue boundary of village Kalanwali. After that from point 'F' alongwith the revenue boundary of village kalanwali moving towards south from point 'G' upto point 'H'. After that from point 'H' alongwith the revenue boundary of village Kalanwali moving towards east upto point 'I' which is Northern east corner of kila no. 25 of rectangle No. 75 of village Kalanwali.

East:- Starting from point 'I' as define in the plan on crossing Takhatmal road alongwith the revenue boundary of village Kalanwali with old limit of Municipal Committee moving towards south from point 'J', ' K', 'L' on crossing water course of water works from point M upto point N.

South:- Starting from point 'N' as define in the plan then moving alongwith the revenue boundary of village Kalanwali with old limit of municipal committee moving towards south on crossing railway line from point 'O' upto point 'P'. After that from point 'P' moving with old limit of municipal committee alongwith eastern side of kacha rasta moving towards north upto point 'Q'. After that from point 'Q' moving with old limit of municipal committee moving towards west upto Odhan road. After that on crossing Odhan road moving with southern boundary of Rectangle No. 195 moving towards west upto point R which is southern west corner of Rectangle No. 195.

West:- Starting from point 'R' as define in the plan with moving towards west boundary of Rectangle Nos. 195,181,159,143,122,105,85,67 of village Kalanwali, with water course, on crossing Dabwali road moving towards north upto point 'A' which is the starting point of Municipal Committee.
