Notification
The 27th April, 2023
No. 20/02/2023-4IB-I.— Whereas the State Government is satisfied that the requirements under Rule 6 of the Haryana Special Economic Zone Rules, 2007, and other related requirements have been fulfilled for development operation of sector specific Electronics Hardware & Information Technology/Information Technology enabled services Special Economic zone over an area of 6.5223 Hectare by M/s ASF Insignia Pvt. Ltd. at Village Gwal Pahari, District Gurugram.
Whereas, Government of India vide Notification No. 2098(E) on 27th August, 2010 in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to Sub section (I) of Section 4 of the Act and in pursuance of Rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, notified an additional area of 9.1401 hectares at Village Gwal Pahari, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurugram, in the state of Haryana.
And whereas, the Project Evaluation Committee has considered the proposal of M/s ASF Insignia Pvt. Ltd. in its meeting held on 19.09.2019 of additional land measuring 6.5345 Hectares after excluding the disputed land out of total 9.1401 Hectares.
Now, therefore, power conferred by Section 5 of the Haryana Special Economic Zone Act, 2005 (9 of 2006), the Governor of Haryana hereby, notifies the boundaries and extent of the following area at Village Gwal Pahari, District Gurugram, in the state of Haryana, comprising of the survey numbers and the area given in the table below, of the Special Economic Zone, for the purpose of the said action.
