संख्या सा०का०नि० 13/संवि० /अनु० 309/2023.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा राज्य वन कार्यकारी अनुभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्ः- 1. (1) ये नियम हरियाणा राज्य वन कार्यकारी अनुभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा (संशोधन) नियम, 2023, कहे जा सकते हैं। (2) ये नियम राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे। 2. हरियाणा राज्य वन कार्यकारी अनुभाग (ग्रुप ग) सेवा नियम, 1998 में, परिशिष्ट ख में,-
(i) "मैट्रिक या उच्चतर शिक्षा में एक विषय के रुप में हिंदी/संस्कृत" शब्द जहां कहीं भी आएं के स्थान पर, "मैट्रिक में एक विषय के रुप में हिन्दी या संस्कृत या उच्चतर शिक्षा में एक विषय के रुप में हिन्दी" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;
(ii) क्रम संख्या 4 के सामने, -
(क) "सीधी भर्ती के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यताएं तथा अनुभव, यदि कोई हो" शीर्ष के नीचे, "मैट्रिकुलेशन" शब्द के स्थान पर, "102" अंक तथा चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;
(ख) "सीधी भर्ती से अन्यथा नियुक्ति के लिए शैक्षणिक योग्यताएं तथा अनुभव, यदि कोई हो"श्शीर्ष के नीचे, "मैट्रिकुलेशन" शब्द जहां कहीं भी आएं के स्थान पर, "102" अंक तथा चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

No. G.S.R. 13/Const. /Art. 309/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana State Forest Executive Section (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Haryana State Forest Executive Section (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Haryana State Forest Executive Section (Group C) Service Rules, 1998, in Appendix B, - (i) for the words and sign "Hindi/Sanskrit as a one of the subject in Matric or Higher Education" wherever occurring, the words "Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric or Hindi as one of the subject in Higher Standard" shall be substituted;
(ii) against serial number 4,-
(a) under heading academic qualifications, experience and physical standard, if any, for direct recruitment, for the word "matriculate", the figure and sign "10+2" shall be substituted;
(b) under heading academic qualifications, experience and physical standard, if any, for appointment by promotion, for the word "matriculation", the figure and sign "10+2" shall be substituted.
