No. 3/30/2004-3Lab.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Industrial Dispute Act, 1947, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the following Judicial Officers as Presiding Officers of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Courts mentioned against each with effect from the date the officers assume charge as such:-
