No. 87 Gaz.II/XXI.A.5.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 read with sub-section (1) of section 31 of the Punjab Courts Act, 1918 as amended upto date, Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Judges have been pleased to specify the place of sitting of the Court of Additional Civil Judge(SD)/Civil Judge (JD) Punhana on account of establishment of new Court for the area comprising of Punhana Sub-Division (falling in Sessions Division Nuh) at Punhana with the same as its headquarter.
