हरियाणा सरकार पषुपालन एवं डेयरिंग विभाग अधिसूचना दिनांक 30 मई, 2023 पषु संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोग निवारण एवं रोकथाम अधिनियम, 2019
क्रमांक 2434-(सी.एफ.एम.एस.)-पःपाः-4-2023/3148.— पषु संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोग निवारण एवं रोकथाम अधिनियम, 2009 की धारा 6 की उपधारा (5) में प्रदत षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा झज्जर जिले को अष्व प्रजाति के पषुओं के सम्बन्ध में क्षेत्र को एक मुक्त क्षेत्र घोषित किया जाता है, जिसे अष्व प्रजाति के पषुओं में गलैडर्स रोग फैलने से 'नियन्त्रित क्षेत्र' घोषित किया गया था तथा घोड़े, गधे, खच्चर व अष्व प्रजाति के अन्य पषुओं की, जहाँ वह इस जिले में रखे गये है, से किसी अन्य स्थान पर राज्य के अन्दर या बाहर आवाजाही की अनुमति देता है और जिला झज्जर में इन पषुओं की दौड़, मेले, प्रदर्षनी, खेल के आयोजन तथा एकत्रित करने की अनुमतिप्रदान करता है।

THE PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS AND CONTAGIOUS DISEASE IN ANIMAL ACT, 2009
No. 2434(CFMS)-AH-4-2023/3148.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (5) of Section 6 of "The Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Disease in Animal Act, 2009" the Government of Haryana hereby de-notify the District of Jhajjar as "Control Area" for equine species against Glanders disease and allows the movement of equine species within or outside the State and allows the holding of races, fair, exhibition, games and gathering of such animals in Jhajjar District.
