संख्या 9/32/2023-4CII.— हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 5 तथा 6 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर परिषद्, पटौदी मण्डी, जिला गुरूग्राम की सीमा में से गांव जनौला (भाग) के क्षेत्र को बाहर निकालने के अपने आषय की घोषणा करते हैं तथा अब सीमाएं नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट होंगी, अर्थात्ः-
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से छह सप्ताह की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् सरकार, अधिसूचना के प्रारूप पर, ऐसे आक्षेपों या सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हो, जो उपायुक्त, गुरूग्राम के माध्यम से आयुक्त तथा सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग द्वारा किसी व्यक्ति से अधिसूचना के प्रारूप के सम्बन्ध में, इस प्रकार विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व लिखित रूप में प्राप्त किए जाए, पर विचार करेगी।
सीमाओं की अनुसूची
नगरपरिषद् पटौदी-मण्डी की सीमाओं की अनुसूची को ड्राईंग संख्या एम.सी.पी.एम/2023/1504 दिनांक 03.05.2023 से संलग्ल प्रति में चिहिन्त बिन्दू 'ए' से बिन्दु 'टी' तक दर्षाई गई सीमाओं के साथ पढा जायेगा।
उत्तरः- बिंदु 'ए' से प्रारम्भ होकर जो कि नगर पालिका हेलीमण्डी (राजस्व संपदा जटौली), ग्राम लोहारी (जिला झज्जर) तथा फरीदपुर की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है, से पूर्व की ओर नगर पालिका हेलीमण्डी की उत्तरी सीमा के साथ, नगरपालिका हैलीमण्डी तथा गाँव फरीदपुर, मेहचाना और खंडेवाला की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ बिंदु 'बी' तक जो नगरपालिका हैलीमण्ंडी, गाँव खंडेवला और रामपुर की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'बी' से पूर्व की ओर ग्राम रामपुर, खंडेवला तथा जटौला की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ, बिन्दु 'सी' तक जो ग्राम रामपुर, जटौला एवं जोडी की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'सी' से दक्षिण की ओर ग्राम रामपुर तथा जोडी की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'डी' तक जो ग्राम रामपुर, जोडी व जनौला की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'डी' से पूर्व की ओर ग्राम जनौला तथा जोडी की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'डी(1)' तक जो ग्राम जनौला, जोडी तथा गुरुग्राम-पटौदी रोड का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'डी(1)' से दक्षिण की ओर गुरुग्राम-पटौदी रोड की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'ई' तक जो गुरुग्राम-पटौदी रोड तथा एन.एच 352डब्ल्यू का द्वि-मिलन है। बिंदु'ई' से दक्षिण की ओर एन.एच. 352 डब्ल्यू की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'ई(1)' तक जो एन.एच. 352 डब्ल्यू तथा ग्राम जनौला तथा नरहेडा का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'ई(1)' से उतर पूर्व की ओर ग्राम नरहेडा तथा जनौला की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'एफ' तक जो ग्राम नरहेडा, जनौला तथा घोषगढ़ की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। बिन्दु 'एफ' से पूर्व की ओर ग्राम नरहेड़ा की उत्तरी सीमा तथा ग्राम घोषगढ़ एवं नरहेड़ा की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ बिन्दु 'जी' तक, जो ग्राम नरहेरा, घोषगढ़ एवं बोहडाकला की राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है।

(EXTRA.), JUNE 2, 2023 (JYST. 12, 1945 SAKA) 1349 पूर्वः- बिंदु 'जी' से प्रारम्भ होकर दक्षिण की ओर ग्राम नरहेडा की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ ग्राम भोडा कलां और उंचा माजरा की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ बिंदु 'एच' तक, जो कि ग्राम नरहेडा, ऊंचा-माजरा और बास पद्मका का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'एच' से पश्चिम की ओर गांव नरहेडा की दक्षिण सीमा के साथ और गांव बास पदमाका और बिड खुर्द की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ बिंदु 'आई' तक जो कि गांव नरहेडा, बिड खुर्द और नगरपालिका पटौदी का त्रि-मिलन बिन्दु है। बिंदु 'आई' से दक्षिण की ओर, नगर पालिका पटौदी की पूर्वी सीमा के साथ-साथ गाँव बिड खुर्द और बास पदमका की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा के साथ बिंदु 'जे' तक जो नगर पालिका पटौदी, ग्राम बसपदमका व मुमताजपुर का त्रि-मिलन बिन्दु है। दक्षिणः- बिंन्दु 'जे' से प्रारम्भ होकर पश्चिम की ओर बिंदु 'के' तक जो ग्राम मुमताजपुर, सफेदार नगर और नगरपालिका पटौदी की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'के' से बिंदु 'एल' तक जो गांव सफेदार नगर, मुमताजपुर और हेडा हेडी की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'एल' से दक्षिण पश्चिम की ओर बिंदु 'एम' तक जो कि ग्राम हेडाहेडी, हंसाका तथा खानपुर की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओ का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'एम' से दक्षिण की ओर बिंदु 'एन' तक जो कि ग्राम नानूकलां और खानपुर की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओं का द्वि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'एन' से पश्चिम उत्तर की ओर बिंदु 'ओ' तक जो गांव खानपुर, खोड और हेडा हेडी की राजस्व सीमाओ का त्रि-मिलन है।
पष्चिमः- बिंदु 'ओ' से प्रारम्भ होकर बिंदु 'पी' तक जो नगर पालिका पटौदी, ग्राम हेडा हेडी और खोड की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओ का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'पी' से नगरपालिका पटौदी की दक्षिण पश्चिम सीमा के साथ बिंदु 'क्यू' तक जो कि नगरपालिका पटौदी, गांव छावन और खोड की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओ का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'क्यू' से बिंदु 'आर' तक जो कि ग्राम मिलकपुर, छावन और रनसिका की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमा का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'आर' से उत्तर की ओर बिंदु 'एस' तक जो नगरपालिका हैलीमंडी, गांव मिलकपुर और शाहपुर जाट की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओ का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'एस' से उत्तर की ओर नगरपालिका हैलीमंडी (राजस्व संपदा जटौली) की पश्चिम सीमा के साथ बिंदु 'टी' तक जो कि नगरपालिका हेलीमंडी, ग्राम राजपुरा तथा लोहारी (जिला झज्जर) की संयुक्त राजस्व सीमाओ का त्रि-मिलन है। बिंदु 'टी' से उत्तर की ओर नगरपालिका हेलीमण्डी की पश्चिम सीमा के साथ बिंदु 'ए' तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

No. 9/32/2023-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 5 and 6 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares his intension to exclude the area of Village Janaula (part) from the boundaries of Municipal Council, Patuadi Mandi, District, Gurugram and the boundaries now are as specified in the Schedule given below, namely:-
Notice is hereby given that the draft of notification shall be taken into consideration by the State Government on or after the expiry of period of six weeks from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Commissioner and Secretary to Government Haryana Urban Local Bodies Department in writing through the Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram from any person in respect of the draft of notification before the expiry of the period so specified.
Schedule of Boundaries
Schedule of Boundaries for Municipal Council Pataudi-Mandi shall be read with the boundaries shown under point A to T marked on the attached drawing bearing No. MCP/2023/1504 Dated 05.05.2023.
North:- Starting from point 'A' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of Municipal Committee Haily Mandi (Revenue Estate Jatauli), village Lohari (Distt. Jhajjar) and Faridpur and moving towards East with the common revenue boundaries of village Faridpur, Mehchana and Khandewala upto point 'B' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of the Municipal Committee Haily Mandi, village Khandewala and Rampur.Thence from point 'B' towards east, with the common revenue boundaries of village Rampur, Khandewala, Jataula upto point 'C' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Rampur, Jataula and Jori. Thence from point 'C' towards south along the common revenue boundaries of village Rampur & Jori upto point 'D', which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Rampur, Jori & Janaula. Thence from point 'D(1)' towards south along the eastern boundary of Gurugram-Pataudi Road upto point 'E', which the twi-junction of Gurugram-Pataudi road & NH-352 W. Thence from point 'E' towards south along the eastern boundary of NH-352W upto point 'E(1)' which is the tri-junctions of NH-352 W, village Janaula & Narehra. Thence from point 'E(1)' towards north east along the common revenue boundaries of village Narhera & Janaula upto point 'F' which is the tri-junction of village Narhera, Janaula & Ghosh garh. Thence from point 'F' towards the east, along with the northern boundary of village Narhera, and the common revenue boundaries of village Ghoshgarh and Narhera, upto point 'G', which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of villages Narhera, Ghoshgarh and BhoraKalan.
East:- Starting From point 'G' and moving towards the south, along the eastern boundary of village Narhera and the common revenue boundary of village Bhora Kalan and Uncha Majra up to point 'H' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Narhera, Uncha-Majra and Bas Padmaka. Thence from point 'H' towards the west along the southern boundary of village Narhera and the common revenue boundaries of village Bas Padmaka and Bid Khurd upto point 'I' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundaries of village Narhera, Bid Khurd and Municipal Committee Pataudi. Thence from point 'I' towards the south, along with the eastern boundary of the Municipal Committee Pataudiand the common revenue boundaries of village Bid Khurd and Bas Padamka, upto to point 'J' which is the tri-junction of the revenue boundaries of the Municipal Committee Pataudi, village Baspadamka and Mumtazpur.
South:- From point 'J' towards west up to point 'K' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Mumtazpur, Safedaar Nagar and MC Pataudi. Thence from point 'K' up to point 'L' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Safedaar Nagar, Mumtazpur and Hera heri.Thence from point 'L' towards south west up to point 'M' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Hera heri, Hansaka and Khanpur. Thence from point 'M' towards south up to point 'N' which is the twi junction of revenue boundary of village Nanukalan and Khanpur. Thence from point 'N' towards west north up to point 'O' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Khanpur, Khor and Hera heri.
West:- From Point 'O' up to point 'P' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of MC Pataudi, Village Hera Heri and Khor. Thence from point 'P' along the south west boundary of MC Pataudi up to point 'Q' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of MC Pataudi, Village Chawan and Khor. Thence from Point 'Q' up to point 'R' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of village Milakpur, Chawan and Ransika. Thence from point 'R' towards north up to point 'S' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of MC Haily Mandi, village Milakpur and ShahpurJat. Thence from point 'S' towards north along the west boundary of MC Haily Mandi (Revenue Estate Jatauli) up to point 'T' which is the tri-junction of revenue boundary of MC Haily Mandi, village Rajpura, Lohari (Distt. Jhajjar). Thence form point 'T' towards north along the west boundary of MC Haily Mandi up to point 'A' which is the starting point.
