Notification

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)/4408.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987), the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 of the High Court Legal Services Committee to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or asigned under the Act:-
1. In the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 as amended vide Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)3234 dated 29.03.2022 the following entry shall be substituted in place of "Chairman" and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Gurmeet Singh Sandhawalia, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.
