No.17/16/99-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 12C of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act No. 41 of 1963) read with Sub-rule (4) of Rule 130 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules 1965, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to assign the functions of Chairman of the Tribunal, Haryana to Hon'ble Justice (Retd.) Rajan Gupta, Chairman, Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal till further order, with immediate effect. Further, for this assignment, Director General, Town & Country Planning will pay honorarium of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
