संख्या. 09/40/2022-1 क ाा.—हरियाणा नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का 24) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 09/40/2022-1क ाा दिनांक 26 जुलाई, 2022 के प्रतिनिर्देष से, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनूसूची मेेंं यथा विनिर्दिष्ट गाँव रसोई, सेरसा (भाग) तथा नांगलकलां (भाग) के क्षेत्र को नगरपालिका समिति, कुण्डली, जिला सोनीपत की सीमाओं में सम्मिलित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

उत्तर :- सेहदा देहजा गाँव प्रीतमपुरा, बढ़मलिक तथा राजस्व संपदा गाँव रसोई के किला संख्या 4//12 के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोने से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की तरफ उत्तरी सीमा के साथ किला संख्या 4//12, 13/1, 13/2, 8, 7/2 तत्पष्चात्‌ पूर्व की तरफ उत्तरी सीमा के साथ राजस्व रास्ता संख्या 61 गाँव रसोई (प्रीतमपुरा रोड) से चलते हुए जी.टी रोड-44 को पार करके राजस्व संपदा गाँव रसोई के किला संख्या 3//22 के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोने तक। तत्पष्चात्‌ किला संख्या 3//22 के उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोने से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की तरफ उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-साथ राजस्व संपदा गाँव रसोई के किला संख्या 3//19, 18, 13 ,8 ,7, 4, 5 तथा किला संख्या 1//25 से गाँव बढमलिक तथा बढखालसा के सेहदा देहजा तक। तत्पष्चात्‌ सेहदा देहजा गाँव बढमलिक तथा बढखालसा से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व की तरफ उत्तरी सीमा के साथ-साथ किला संख्या 1//25, 3//5, 2//1, 10, 9, 12, 13, 18, 23/2, 24, किला संख्या 6//5, 7//1, 9, 8, 7, 14, 15, किला संख्या 8//11, 12/1, से राजस्व गाँव रसोई के रास्ता संख्या 80 (बढखालसा रोड) की पष्चिमी सीमा तक। तत्पष्चात्‌ राजस्व गाँव रसोई के रास्ता संख्या 80 (बढखालसा रोड) को पार करते हुए राजस्व संपदा गाँव रसोई के किला संख्या 8//12/2, 13, 14, 15 तथा किला संख्या 9//20, 19, 18, 17 के उत्तर पूर्वी कोने तक जहाँ यह सेहदा दहेजा रसोई, बढखालसा तथा नांगलकलां पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात्‌ राजस्व संपदा गाँव नांगलकलां के किला संख्या 12//17/2 के उत्तर पष्चिमी कोने से आरम्भ होकर जहा यह रास्ता संख्या 144 बढखालसा से नांगलकलां की उत्तरी सीमा पर मिलती है। तत्पष्चात्‌ राजस्व रास्ता संख्या -144 की दक्षिणी सीमा के साथ पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए जहाँ यह राजस्व संपदा गाँव नांगलकलां के किला संख्या 31//3/1 के उत्तरी पूर्वी कोने पर मिलती है।

No. 09/40/2022-1CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (3) ofsection 4 of the Haryana Municipal Act,1973 (24 of 1973) and with reference to the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department, notification No. 9/40/2022-1CII, dated the 26th July, 2022, the Governor of Haryana hereby includes the area of villages Rasoi, Sersa (part) and Nangal Kalan (part) within the limits of Municipal Committee, Kundli, district Sonepat as specified in the Schedule given below, namely:-

SCHEDULED OF BOUNDARIES

North:- Starting from Sehda Daheja village Pritampura, Badh Malik and revenue estate village Rasoi north west corner of killa no. 4//12 towards east along with the northern boundary of killa no. 4//12, 13/1, 13/2, 8, 7/2. Then towards east along with the northern boundary of revenue rasta no. 61 of village Rasoi (Pritampura Road). Then cross the N.H.-44 up to north-west corner of killa no. 3//22 of revenue estate village Rasoi. Then Starting from the north west corner of killa no. 3//22 of revenue estate village Rasoi towards east along with the northern boundary of killa no. 3//19, 18, 13, 8, 7, 4, 5 of revenue estate village Rasoi and killa no. 1//25 up to Sahda Daheja of village Badh Malik and Badhkhalsa.
